During this day-off, I have changed my bedtime. 2 or 3 weeks prior, I went to bed very late and I slept 3-4 hours on average and that's so bad for my health. It caused my allergy symptoms and high blood pressure. I was pretty sure that my diagnosis was right. LOL This week I go to bed early and I find out that it works! My emotion and health are better than ever. I wish I could stay in this position forever.

Individually, I do not have a constant time to go to bed.
It depends on my feeling to fall asleep and my needed.
Furthermore, I often go to bed when I have a special event.
Such as I will go to English Camp in another province early morning.

I would say that I cannot sleep before midnight.
I usually sleep at least at 3 am.
I would say that university life has changed my entire habit.
l think I’m used to sleeping late.
It is hard to change.

Actually, I hope I can go to bed early everyday but dream is dream.
I always go to bed at 2 or 3 a.m. everyday because I have lots of works to finish.
Sometimes, I cannot sleep because of my works. I am quite tired, but over time will feel accustomed.

After midnight is my sleeping time.
I am a night owl. There are many things I have to do during nighttime.
I love working, reading and watching movie at night.

When I am in high school, I usually sleep at midnight. It is really good for my health. However, I would say that I usually sleep at 1 or 2 A.M. almost every day. I know that it is not good to sleep late, but I need to do tons of homework before going to bed.

Normally, I always wake up on time.
I mean I will wake up on the time before my class just 1 hour.

For me, I usually go to bed around 1, 2, or 3 a.m..
Since I have been at the university, my sleeping time was changed.
I become a proson who is used to sleeping late.

My time that I go to bed is not fixed but I usually go to bed after midnight.
I like to do many things at night such as my homework or so on.
However, sometimes I like to go to bed aabout 7 or 8 pm. because I usually feel tired at that time.

Nowadays, I actually go to bed at 1 a.m. I cannot go to bed early before that time because I have works to do.
I want to go to bed early for taking care of myself. I feel unhealthy for a long time.
I hope in the future I will have time to take a rest.

I think I am a person who goes to bed very quickly. Hahaha I usually go to sleep around 4 - 5 p.m.
I often fall asleep around that time. It's my regular time like the routines which I have to follow.

Actually, I do not have an exact time for going to bed since my daily schedules are different. Normally, I go to bed at midnight or later since I have tons of assignments to be completed. This makes my sleep cycle go wrong. It seems to me that this habit makes my physical health bad. Hopefully, I need to change this as soon as possible so that my total health will stay good.

My bedtime depends on the works of that day.
Mostly I go to bed after midnight in everyday, but no later than 2 a.m.
In this semester, I study in early morning every day so, I can't sleep late because if I don't get enough sleep, it will makes me sleepy during the class.

As for me, I normally go to bed around 3 a.m.. It is so late, isn't? I start to take a shower at midnight. I spend around 1 hour in the restroom. After that, I find some novel to read. Sometimes, I listen to music on Youtube. I do it regularly. However, when I have to go to camp, I started to go to bed so early, around 9 p.m.. I know that sleeping late is a bad behavior, but I cannot stop it!

I always go to bed after midnight. Since I am a 3rd year student, I have lots of work to manage. I tried to finish it before midnight but I can't. Because I like to work at night time when everything is quiet. So I can focus on my works.

To be honestly, I always go to bed at 1 am. and I don't know why I always go to bed late. Going
bed late is not good for health because it affect to metabolism and the function of our brain. Now, I usually foget something when
I go out my room. I think going to bed late not only affect to my brain, but also my health.

Personally, I usually go to bed around 11 p.m. When I have class on the next day, I will try to go to bed early or before midnight. When the next day is my day off, I usually watch some series and go to bed around 1 a.m. because I like to watch videos on YouTube.

I always go to bed at 3 a.m.
It is because I don’t feel sleepy.
I like to do a lot of things at night because it is cooler than day time.
That is also the reasons why I’m sleeping late.
By the way, I don’t really like it.

Usually, a bit of reading and then lights out by 10:00pm is ideal. I aim to get 10 hours in bed every night, and within that eight hours of sleep. So being in bed between 9:30pm and 7:30am is amazing and fully recharges me for the day.
