What time do you usually go to bed?

As for me, I normally go to the bed around 2 a.m., sometimes 3 a.m. I always sleep late since I have entered to university. This is due to the fact that there is no one force me to go to the bed. When I was in high school, my mom always force me to go to bed before midnight. Sometimes, I go to the bed so early when I have to join English camp. So, I have to go to the bed before midnight. I know that sleeping late is not good for our health, but I cannot stop it at all. Poor me!!

I usually go to bed at 1.00 a.m. I have plan with myself that I will finish my work before sleep. The time I often finish my work is about 11.00 p.m.-12.00 p.m. and the rest of them is 1 hour. I will spend my 1 hour for surfing Facebook and watching Youtube. Accordingly, I usually go to be at 1.00 a.m.

Well, I normally go to bed lately these days because I am busy with my works. I used to go to bed quite early. I went to bed around 10.00 to 11.00 pm. It is in the past. Nowadays, I stay up late at night doing my assignments and sometimes just do some silly things. It is not a good way to maintain this behaviour. It would be better if I can go to bed more early in order to get enough sleep.

Actually, it depends on my schedule for tomorrow. If tomorrow I have class too early in the morning, I will go to bed before midnight.
But, If tomorrow is Friday or the weekend, I will go to bed to bed too late because I have no class.

I usually go to bed before midnight. I have learned from my experiences that going to bed
after midnight can make me feel tired and unfresh. Normally, I try to finish my daily to-do list till the evening instead of doing it all the time
and then I take a rest after that. I found that my life becomes much better. I can have movie time, social media time
and also time to take care of my skin and my body. The big point is that I can go to bed before midnight and have a good sleep.

These days, I go to bed at 1 a.m. It is indeed a bad habit since it ruins my health. I have learned that sleeping is crucial since it is one of the most significant factors in driving my life. Besides, getting enough sleep can help keep my health fit as well. I am now trying going to bed a bit earlier so that I can take a deep sleep. If I do not get enough sleep, I tend to feel bad during the day.

I often go to bed at around 11 PM. every day! In the past, I could stay up late at night! I did not have to go to bed early because I had tons of work to do! Now, I cannot do like that, although I have tons of assignments! I think that is partly because I am getting older and older! Our body needs enough sleep so that we can get work done effectively! However, if my work needs finishing immediately, I have to be able to stay up late at night to finish it!

I have been thinking about this for awhile about my sleep because this time around I go to bed lately.
Normally, I go to bed around midnight or 1 a.m. in every night. Now, I think I go to bed around two a.m. to three a.m. in each night.
I don't know why it is turned to be like this and I really don't like it. I have time to sleep just about 4-5 hours for each night.
Anyway, I think I must do something to fix this issue.
