When I was a freshman, I always went to sleep at around 10-11 PM. However, currently, I usually go to sleep at around 2-3 AM. You might say I have to do lots of homework or study. LOL Actually, I really have tons of work to finish but I don't do that! I just play games. Hahaha

I usually go to bed at midnight or when I feel really sleepy I can easily fall asleep.
I am a person who really likes and enjoy sleeping. It's hard for me to wake up in the morning.
I have to lay on the bed till I feel fresh enough to get up from the bed.

The best time for going bed is around midnight to 1 am.
When I don’t need to work at night, I will go to bed early.
But when I need to work, around 3 am. to 6 am. is the time that I go to bed.

I normally go to bed around 11 pm to 1 am.
I am a person who easily falls asleep and sleeps too long. So, I try not to sleep lately. It is never good to sleep late!
During this time, it is a very great time to sleep or take a rest.

I usually go to bed around 4 a.m. I don't feel sleepy before 4 a.m. I know it is not good for me because I have 2 classes that start at 8 a.m.
I will not get enough sleep on those days. So, I will force myself to get up to go to class and go back to sleep.

I usually sleep at least at 3 am. I would say that I cannot sleep before midnight. It is hard to change.
l think I’m used to sleeping late. I would say that university life has changed my entire habit.

I usually go to bed at midnight.
I rarely go to bed early except the day that I was very tired.
I like to watch a video clip on Youtube before I go to bed, may be that is the reason why I go to bed late.

For me, I usually go to bed at 11 p.m.
I am a morning person and I like waking up early in the morning.
That is why I feel sleepy since 10-11 p.m.
I always go to bed early and wake up early in the morning.
It makes me feel fresh and active instead of waking up late.

Normally, I go to bed at 1 am.
Due to I have lots of things to do on each day so I need to finish it before I go to sleep. Some days I go to bed before midnight because I feel tired from activities.

Personally, I normally go to bed around 1 a.m. If I have no class in the morning, 2-3 a.m. is the best time to go to bed. Actually, I would like to go to bed early but it's hard for me because I have a lot of stuff to finish.

I cannot control myself to go to bed. So, I just spent my sleeping time with another activity.
Sometimes, I read an E-novel all night, or I watch some series all night.

Actually, I hope I can go to bed early everyday but dream is dream.
I always go to bed at 2 or 3 a.m. everyday because I have lots of works to finish.
Sometimes, I cannot sleep because of my works. I am quite tired, but over time will feel accustomed.

Normally, I always go to bed at 4 -5 pm. It is not too fast or too late for me. And also I think it is the time that I can sleep enough.
I do not want to sleep too late because I always get up very early almost every day. So enough sleep is very important to me.

In my point of view, I would like to say that, actually, I am not a person who sleep late at night.
The best time for waking up is at 6 a.m. This is the way to be healthy and get high energy for
tomorrow. Importantly, I have to sleep for a long time to boost my energy.

I usually go to bed at 2 am. It's a bad habit, right?
I like to start doing my assignments at around 10 pm, so I always sleep late.
However, I want to sleep earlier because it's good for health. I will try!!

I usually go to bed around 11 p.m.
I try to go to sleep and get up at the same time every day.
This helps set my body's internal clock and optimize the quality of my sleep.
If I'm getting enough sleep, I should wake up naturally without an alarm.
