What time do you usually go to bed?

For me, I usually go to bed at 1 to 3 a.m.
I tried to sleep early but it failed. I will do many things before I go to bed. I will do these things with calmness. It takes long time to complete. Sometimes I’m hungry so,I have to find something to eat. I have to take time to eat. Even though there is nothing to do, I still sleep around 1 to 3 everyday. I think  I’m used to sleeping late. It is quite hard to set new routine, but I will try again. I hope I can go to bed before midnight someday.
What about you? What time do you usually go to bed?

The best time to sleep for me is around three to four a.m.
I know it's good to go to bed early, but I still go to bed after midnight.
I try to sleep before midnight, and guess what? Yes, I cannot do that. Hahaha

To be honest, it depends on my assignments because if I do the assignment I would like to go to bed around 1-2 A.M.
I am a person who doesn't like to sleep late, I can't stay so, I think I should go to bed.
I think the best time to go to bed is 4-5 P.M. it good for sleep and also health.
I can get up early but I can't sleep late in the evening.

I usually go to bed at midnight. Actually, the time I go to bed depends on many reason. For example, if I have a lot of things to finish, I will g to bed at 1-2 AM. Or if I don't have things to do and really want to sleep, I will go to bed at 9-10 PM. By the way, I try to go to bed before 1 AM. to get enough sleep.

I used to go to sleep around 3-4 in the morning which wasn't a good for my health at all.

There are journal, reading for rapid reading practice, and answering tasking risk room.
Before, I go to bed I have to take a shower and update news.

It is the perfect time for me to go to bed.
Sometimes, I do need to sleep very at night becuase of many many reasons.
It is ok to sleep late at night (acutally, early in the mornig) some times but the thing that I should do to balance that behavior is to get some naps during the day.

During the week, I typically fall asleep around 2 a.m. As of lately, I have been staying up late. I actually cannot sleep before 2 a.m. I really try hard to fall asleep before 2 a.m every day. On the weekends, I go to bed around 3 a.m. since there is no class on the weekends. I have known that going to bed late is absolutely not good for my health, I have been trying to do everything to cope with this problem. But I still cannot deal with it. Can anyone here help me find ways to get early in bed?

Well for me, I used to go to bed at 1 am. when I was in the first semester of being a third year student. Right now, I'm trying to change my habit to sleep before 11 pm. I can say that I usually go to bed at 11 pm. I sleep at this time because I used to make a rule in my daily life routine when I was in high school at grade 11 that I would sleep right before 11 pm. Now, I am working on changing my habit to be like it was when I was a young and ambitious boy. I will make sure that my works on changing will finally succeed so that I can live my life happily.

For me, I usually go to bed around 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. Actually, it depends on how many works I have to finish.
Sometimes I feel tired after having hard works all day. So, I sometimes go to bed around 10 p.m.
Sleeping is one of my hobbies. LOL It helps me stay healthy and having good mood.

Staying at a dorm, I frequently hit the hay at 1 AM. Although I don't have much work to do, I still sleep late during the night because I like playing games with my friends. Sometimes I spend nighttime reading novels like Harry Potter. In contrast, when I sleep at my home, I fall asleep very fast. That sounds strange!
