WHAT TIME DO YOU USUALLY GO TO BED?

For me, the time that I usually to to bed is about 11 P.M.
However, I have many works to do, so I have to go to bed around midnight or 1 A.M.
I want to sleep early because I know that it is good for my health.

What a tough one! I cannot tell you what time I go to bed since it depends on lots of conditions. For example, if I have work to do and it takes much time, I go to bed at around 2-3 AM. On the other hand when the work seems little, I usually hit the hay at midnight.
