To be very honest, I rarely have breakfast because I am not a morning person. I always get up at noon in my day off. So, I want to sleep, rather than to have a breakfast in the morning. Sometimes, I have a breakfast, if I feel very hungry. I usually have a bread and milk, sometimes juice as a breakfast. Even I know that breakfast is very important, I still skip it because of my laziness. LOL By the way, from now on, I will try to have breakfast as much as possible because it is very important for my brain.

Yes, I do.I usually have bread with butter and a cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.
I usually make a breakfast at 7:00. Sometimes I have some cereal and fruits like papaya, persimmon, banana, etc.

Yes, I do. I am a person who always feel hungry every time I wake up.
Also I think skipping breakfast it isn't good for health so I will try to have breakfast as much as I could.
I don't usually wake up too late because most of my classes start early in the morning so I don't usually skip breakfast.

I would say I have breakfast almost every day because I have class in the morning.
Grilled pork with sticky rice or Moo Ping is one of my favorite food in the morning.
I like to eat moo ping with some Nam jim jaew dipping sauce.
It's very delicious! If I don't have class in the morning and I stay at my dorm, I always eat bananas with milk.

I usually have brunch instead of breakfast.
I would be late for morning class if I have breakfast before going out.
Anyway, I try to get rid of this behavior because I know it's not good for health.

To be honest, I rarely to eat breakfast because I woke up late.
I have been trying to wake up early and eat breakfast but I cannot do.
If I have a morning class, I will eat bread and milk for breakfast.

Yes, of course!
There are many research have shown us how breakfast is the most important meal in a day.
One of the reasons is that having breakfast will help our brain refreshing.
We will have more energy to do things, create more creative ideas and have more concentration.
So, that's why I normally have breakfast.

Now, I am trying not to skip such an important meal, breakfast.
Actually, I am a person who often skips breakfast since I have no time to have it.
I have a class too early almost every day. So, having breakfast is quite hard.
By the way, I have been having breakfast two months ago.

Personally, I hardly have breakfast.
I wake up early but I am clumsy.
Well I usually skip breakfast.
However, I have meal twice a day, in the noon and in the evening .

To be honest, I have never had breakfast before going to class. In my opinion I think it is bad to avoid the breakfast before you have class in the morning. I usually have breakfast and lunch at the same time. It isn't good to do that, but you can save you money for your one meal instead LOL.

I rarely have breakfast on the weekend because I wake up late. So,I have only one meal that is dinner. In the morning and at noon ,I have some snacks instead. The reason why I have only one meal is I don’t want to go outside.I just want to spend time to do my work , watch movies and tidy my room.

- I usually have bread with butter and a cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.
- Sometimes I have some cereal and fruits like papaya, strawberries, banana, etc.
- I find it weird to eat omelettes, sausages, bacon early in the morning like Americans

Actually I have breakfast every day when I was in high school. My mom always makes me breakfast and I really enjoy having it. But I don't really have a chance to have breakfast much when I was a university student because I woke up late, and I do not really hungry. However, recently, I start having breakfast since I do a lot of exercise and I am really hungry in the morning. So, I always have breakfast in the morning.

No, I don’t. Waking in the morning is hard to do for me. I cannot even open my eyes with the sunshine in the morning. For instance, I don’t want to get up from my bed. In addition i would like to sleep under a blanket along with a fresh weather. By the way, if I have a class at that time, I must have a breakfast.

In the morning, I sometimes wake up early and cook by myself for breakfast. I know that breakfast is very important

I have breakfast every day but in the late morning.
Sometimes, I wake up late. I have breakfast late.
If I wake up early, I will have breakfast early.
Since the first thing I think of after waking up is breakfast, I eat
breakfast almost every day. lol

I am trying to have breakfast every day. Breakfast is good for you because it keeps you going through the day. It helps your mind think and concentrate. Breakfast is good nutrition for your soul. Breakfast is like filling your car with gas in the morning. To me, breakfast is the most important part of the day.

I would really like a set table like that in my home to have breakfast everyday, but, I'm generally late to take a train to go my job, so I don't have breakfast everyday at home. When I can have I usually eat bread and butter with some chocolate milk or orange juice.
