For me, I always missed breakfast but breakfast is very important. Because breakfast kick-starts your metabolism, helping you burn calories throughout the day. It also gives you the energy you need to get things done and helps you focus at work or at school. Those are just a few reasons why it’s the most important meal of the day.

I searched on the internet to find your answer. Many studies have linked eating breakfast to good health, including better memory and concentration, lower levels of “bad” LDL cholesterol, and lower chances of getting diabetes, heart disease, and being overweight. Skipping the morning meal can throw off your body’s rhythm of fasting and eating. When you wake up, the blood sugar your body needs to make your muscles and brain work their best is usually low. Breakfast helps replenish it.

Having breakfast is considered a must for human beings like us. Since nutrients and energy are needed for our brain and body, it is recommended to have breakfast in every single day. When having breakfast, our brain tends to function effectively in the morning and throughout the whole day. If you skip breakfast for any reasons, it may cause negative effects to your physical health. I have to admit that I am not a morning person, therefore I usually skip breakfast. It is indeed a bad habit. I need to make a change!

I have 2 reasons that why people should eat breakfast every day;
1. A morning meal helps energize your body, keeping you active and productive until lunch.
2. Eating breakfast has been associated with a lower incidence of heart disease.

Personally, eating breakfast is good for your brain, I mean the working process.
I tried it myself and I found that it is so great to eat breakfast!

As everyone knows, breakfast is the most important meal that everyone should have, especially students. I used to research the essay about "Everyone should have breakfast every morning".
It talks about the importance of breakfast, especially students who should eat breakfast before going to school or going to do their activities. They should have breakfast because they're going to spend time with their activities so it will use a lot of energy to do. That's really important!

For sure, our bodies need food and energy, especially in the morning. We should have breakfast every day. I am the one who has breakfast almost every day and I find that it is good me my health so much. Based on my personal experience, having breakfast makes me be active and get more ready than not having it. I feel full for so long until the next meal of the day. I recommend that you should have breakfast every day. You will see what good effects will happen to you. Let's start now.

One of the reason is that having breakfast is a source of energy because when we eat, we can get
nutrient from food and the nutrient makes us full in order to stay a long morning. So, having breakfast should be the habit and we should have
breakfast everyday. Another reason is that lacking of having breakfast is the main cause to get Gastritis.

About me, I sometimes have breakfast since I do not want to wake up early.
It is a bad thing, you guys have to have breakfast because it is very important
for everyone. I would like to share a story when I seldom have breakfast.
I have so much stomachache and stress, then I have to have breakfast as much as I can do.
So, breakfast is so important in our lives.

Have you ever heard about "Body clock"? It is an internal system in our body.
Everybody has a body clock system, skipping breakfast will be dangerous for your body.
It can affect in the long term and your body system will work inefficiently.
So, breakfast is very important for our body. For this reason, you should wake up early and have breakfast.
