Honestly, I often skip breakfast due to the fact that I am not a morning person. However, since I am trying to gain weight, I need to stop this bad habit. Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day since my brain and body need some sources of energy as well as nutrients to absorb. I have been trying to have breakfast every single day so that my brain will function effectively. I tend to easily lose concentration if I do not have breakfast. For these reasons, I do regularly have breakfast to keep my health fit.

I usually have breakfast before I go to study. Sometimes, I don’t have time I will eat grilled pork with sticky rice. Moreover, It depends on my schedule I will wake up too early to prepare my breakfast if I have class in the morning.

Yes, I do. I normally have breakfast especially on the day that I have class. I usually have breakfast before going to the class. However, I sometimes don't have breakfast in my day off if I get up late.

I do! I try to not miss breakfast. Breakfast is important for humankind. Breakfast is considered an important meal because it breaks the overnight fasting period, replenishes your supply of glucose and provides other essential nutrients to keep your energy levels up throughout the day.

No, I don't. Honestly, I always wake up late and spend time taking a shower and getting dressed long. Consequently, I don't have breakfast because I don't have time to buy it. It is not good for my health. Recently, I have adjusted myself to wake up early to have breakfast and I think that I have more power in the morning.

Yes, I do. I always have breakfast in the morning every day. Because I have a class in the morning every day so, I would like to have breakfast before the study.
I think nutrition is good for my brain and my body when I study I can do it well. If I haven't breakfast I will don't understand when I study.
Sometimes I have to drink some milk and eat bread because I have no time to eat especially Monday and Tuesday.
I like to eat before study and work because of it is good for health.

It depends.
If I have enough time, I means if I wake up early, I will have breakfast.
If I choose to sleep more, I won’t have breakfast and straight to the classroom.

I used to regularly have breakfast in every morning.
Currently, I always skip breakfast, due to my laziness.
I am too lazy to bring myself to find something to eat.
I am feeling bad to myself very much.
I will try to have breakfast like I used to be.

When I have classes in the morning, I usually have a breakfast.
I usually have gril pork with sticky rice or go to 7-ELEVEN.
Whenever I do not have classes, I will eat breakfast with lunch or brunch.

I don't think so. lol I will have breakfast when I have a class in the morning only.
I usually stop at 7/11 to buy food before going to the morning class.
However, if I have a class in the afternoon, I will eat before the class starts around 30 minutes even though I wake up in the morning.

Absolutely, yesss!!! I think breakfast is really important.
Breakfast helping you burn calories throughout the day. It also gives you the energy you need to get things done and helps you focus at work or at school. Those are just a few reasons why it’s the most important meal of the day.

Yes, I do, but I normally have a light breakfast, not a big meal. I like to have bread and coffee for breakfast. I don't like to start my day with a big meal because it will make me feel sleepy all day.

I normally have breakfast almost everyday. If I do not have breakfast in the morning, I will feel like uncomfortable throughout the day. As we know that breakfast is a main source of energy, I recommend that you should have a good healthy breakfast every day. I usually wake up early in the morning to cook a simple menu for myself such as sandwiches, oat meal, and boiled eggs. Sometimes, I will go eat out. It is also important to have a different dishes day by day.

To be honest, I rarely have breakfast because I have no time for it. Last week I have a problem about my stomach again because of I don't have breakfast almost 2 months. Now, I try to have breakfast everyday. I have to change my routine by I have to go to bed before 11 p.m. then wake up at 6 a.m. everyday and have breakfast at 7 a.m. Anyway, the breakfast is very important for our body in many systems. So, let's have breakfast for our health.

I used to have breakfast every day when I was freshman but today I never have breakfast.
Because of my laziness and other bad habits that I can't wake up in the morning and have breakfast.
Therefore, I choose to sleep more than having breakfast in the morning every day.

Yes, I eat breakfast daily!
This helps me keep my energy up and focus in class.
Breakfast provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast. Without breakfast you are effectively running on empty.

No, I don't but I would love to. Apart from providing us with energy, breakfast foods are good sources of important nutrients. However, I often have breakfast because of waking up late. It is too bad for our health. I may get health problems such as stomach ache and Gastritis. So, I will try to change my bad habits.

To be honest, I seldom have breakfast. It does not mean that I do not want to have it, but In every morning I feel that I do not want to eat anything. It is about 10 or 11 AM that I will want to eat. I do not know why. If I have a breakfast in the morning, I would want to puke.
