You know what I'm not just to drink water before eating, but I drink about before, during, and after the meal.
I can say that water is really important to me for eating my meal.
I didn't drink water like "a lot" as you're thinking, but just zip some water until I'm done.

Yes, I do. I always drink water before eating food. I think drinking water can decrease the quantity of food that I will eat.
Moreover, I believe that it's a sign to tell our stomach that there will be food and it has to prepare space for it. Haha

To be honest, I rarely drink water before eating. I know that drinking water before eating can help your digestion.
However, I think It is hard to change my habit. I have tried to drink water before eating but I failed.
I think I would try to change my habit by drink water before eating again since It is good for my health.

Normally, I do not drink water before eating. I always drink water after having some meals. This is due to the fact that I have heard some information from somewhere on the internet. It is not good for our digestive system. Sometimes, I drink water before eating when I am really thirsty.

Personally, I do not drink water before eating because I am afraid of full, LOL.
I think I cannot eat more and more if I drink water before eating.

However, I don't really want to drink water before eating because it will make me full before eating the food in front of me. I will drink water after I finished my meal to end that meal for the day. Drinking water before eating can help you to eat less and if you want to lose some weight, you should drink water before eating. However, don't forget to eat all of your meals.

I am a person who always drinks water during having a meal. I must admit it's my habit. I have heard that drinking water during having a meal is not good for health because it can destroy enzymes. But I still drink water during this time since it makes me eat food easily. By the way, I think I should try to change my habit since it can cause an enzyme problem.

I have to say I do not usually do that! I do not drink water at the beginning of a meal, but I keep drinking water during a meal! I do not usually feel like drinking some water before a meal, I just do not know why! Instead, to drink during a meal makes me happy with the meal I am enjoying. However, some people claim that we should drink water only once after a meal! I cannot do that either!
