Personally, I can say that I like to drink water before the meal, during the meal, and after the meal.
I like something juicy. When I’m having a meal, I have to order soup as well.
My mom and my friends always tell me that I eat like a monk. I always mix everything together before eating.

Yes, i do. I used to read that drinking water before eating is god for oyur health!
It can help your digestion and lose weight! I think it's true though.
When i drink water before eating i usually eat less than i do and few more comfortable to my tummy.

For me, yes, I do. I drink water before eating.
When I am waiting for foods, I always drink water.
It becomes my habit but I think it's good.

No, I​ rarely​ drink​ water​ before​ eating.
In​ fact, I​ would​ like to​ do​ that.​ I​ heard​ that​ drink​ water​ before​ eat​ing​ make​ you​ eat​ less than​ you​ do.
So, I​ try​ to​ change​ my​ habits.​

Truly, I always drink water before meals.
I think , it's can help me eat food easily.
Furthermore, I can eat it quickly and easily to full.

Ummm...yes. I like to drink water before eating food because it is clearing my mouth.
Moreover, it makes me full easier and makes me thin.
So, if you want to lose weight this trip is so good for you.
Sometimes, I don't like it because it makes me full fast.

No, I'm not. But sometimes I drink water before eating because I am thirstily.
I often eat and then I drink water after.

Personally, I do not drink water before meals. However, the study suggests that drink one glass of water 30 minutes before a meal to help digestion. Remember not to drink too soon before or after a meal as the water will dilute the digestive juices. Drink water an hour after the meal to allow the body to absorb the nutrients.

Actually yes! but I always drink water while eating too.
I rarely eat meals without drinking water, it makes enjoy more about eating.
However, I am a person who normally don't drink water much so when I drink while eating makes me drinking more than my normal habit.

I am a person who drink a glass of water before eating.
I found an article saying that it helps you feel full and helps lose weight.
I think it quite help in term of making you feel full easily but in losing weight I'm not sure. haha
