Normally, for me, it's about 8-10 glasses per day.
I try to drink more water in order to lose weight and make my skin brighter.
Moreover, I want to be a healthier person.

Health authorities commonly recommend eight 8-ounce glasses,
which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon.
This is called the 8×8 rule and is very easy to remember.

In​ fact, I​ heard​ that​ we​ should drink​ about​ 7-8 cups of​ water​ per day.​ For​ me, I​ try​ to​ drink​ more​ water​ than​ now.
And​ I​ try​ to​ work​ out​ every​ week.​ I​ think​ it​ will​ good​ for​ health.​ And​ now, I​ keep​ do​ing this.

Basically, people need to drink water 8 glasses per day, but I think we should drink more than that because nowadays we have a lot of dust which can harm your body. So, Drink only 8 glasses might not enough. Let's drink over 10 glasses per day.

I have to admit that I don't know! LOL However, I keep reminding myself all the time that I have to drink 2-3 bottles of water per day because that would be sufficient. Sometimes, I do but not always. Hahaha

As much as I know, we must drink water 8 glasses per day. It's a suitable amount for our body.
If you drink it too much, it will affect your kidney. Balancing is an important way to keep our bodies healthier.

I think we should drink water around 8-10 glasses for a day.
We know the fact that drinking water is good for our health, but not every people can follow the theory, also me.
But I try to drink water more to keep my health still hydrated.
