There are many ways to keep you healthy. For example, eating lots of vegetables. There are lots of vitamins and nutrients in the vegetable that can help you to stay healthy. Another way is drinking lots of water and do exercise regularly.

Actually, being healthy is not that difficult.
These are three simple techniques which can help me become healthier.
First, I usually takes enough sleep per night.
Second, I usually eat good foods.
Third, I try to keep my mental health strong.
