To me, get lots of sleep is the most importance. In order to maintain a healthy body, you'll need eight hours of sleep each night and 10 - 20 minute nap during each day. This keeps me awake and alert, so I don't have to drink caffeine and sugar loaded energy drinks.

Being healthy is something that every one of us always want to have. I have to say that working hard for keeping healthy is harder than staying healthy. The reason why I say this is because we can hardly work hard for that. The only way to stay healthy is that you have to be able to control yourself so that you can control yourself on keeping balance.

In my opinion, if you want to stay healthy, you should eat very less fat food and focus on much vegetables on your dishes, exercise 3 or 4 times per week, drink 8 glasses of water everyday, and importantly should get enough rest and sleep about 8 hours. If you could do these, you could keep healthy forever.

The easiest ways to stay healthy are sleep 7-8 hours, drinks 8 glasses of water and exercise 3 times a week.

Exercise regularly can keep you healthy. Spend your time at least 30 minutes of activity every day. Choose activities you enjoy. Many things count as exercise, including walking, gardening, and dancing. For me, I always go to the gym near my apartment after class every day. As we knew, exercise and an increase in strength and cardio fitness levels can help reduce the risk of health concerns and diseases

of course we have to work out for our health. And like yo said, we have to eat good food as well.
Actually, eating is the main part for staying healthy thoug.
So i tried to eat good food lately. Haaa Cause i don't want to die at young age. LOL

Get enough sleep, do exercise and eat good foods is the easiest ways to stay healthy. There are a lot of ways to get healthy but these are the easiest way in my opinion. Everyone can follow these three steps to have a good healthy life.

The most important thing to keep healthy is sleeping well. It is also the hardest thing to do. People should sleep seven or eight hours per night. It is time to relax. I always sleep 8 hours, getting a good night's sleep can improve my memory.
I usually eat fruits, it's full of vital vitamins, folate and fibers.
Being in a good mood will do wonders for my health.

If you want to be healthy, the first thing you need to do is stop eating junk food and drinks. I think food and drinks are the main things that make you be healthy or unhealthy. You need to be careful about what you will eat because what you eat will be in your body. It affects every part of your inside system of the body. Exercising might help you be healthy, but if you still eat the same, the result will be the same.
