To have a healthy life, I can do something with my diets and exercise so that my health greatly changes to be better. According to the diets I have mentioned, you should eat more healthy food e.g. vegetables and fruits, and meat that contains less fat. You should also avoid fried food since there is lots of fat. Another thing is exercise, you need to make sure that you regularly exercise so that your body functions properly. Even if I know how to keep myself healthy, I do not really do so. Moreover, we should be getting enough sleep in order to keep our brain work productively as well. Now, I have realized that being healthy is really important, and I should follow what I have said myself from now.

Being able to stay healthy is what is considered difficult for me since I tend to be lazy when it comes to exercise. LOL Actually, there are various ways which can help keep my physical health fit. I need to take enough sleep every single day. Taking enough sleep is important since sleeping allows my body to repair itself. What we eat is as crucial as sleeping. I usually have meals which contain essential nutrients so that my body will benefit from them. I avoid drinking soft drinks since they contain a large amount of sugar. Apart from that, doing exercise regularly can be a great way to keep fit as well.

Well, there are many ways that you can do to keep yourself healthy. For me, the way to keep myself healthy is changing my habit. In my life, I really have a bad habit of my health. I always eating snacks after coming back from studying and after I finished eating them, I would sleep all the time. I really hate myself from having this kind of habit. I keep healthy by practicing martial arts and training to train my body condition to suit fighting and battle. I would say that you have to move sometime to make yourself fresher.

As for me, I keep healthy by drinking a lot of water during the day.
I believe that water can digest dirty things inside our body to be cleaned.
Moreover, I avoid eating somethings oily as food.
So I want to keep doing this for the rest of my life.

For me, the ways to have healthy life are sleeping enough, exercising and eating well. People should sleep at least seven to eight hours per night. Even though, it is quite hard for me to sleep enough, I will try. Exercising is one of the ways to have healthy life. It will improve the muscle and boost the emotion. The last ways is eating well. It means eating food that gives the needed nutrients.These three ways will lead to healthy life.

Sleep. We’ve all heard this one before.
I try to get at least 8 hours most nights. Sometimes I fail, but if you make it a priority, you can do this most of the time.
Sleep is when the body and mind restore and regenerate themselves, so it is very important to overall physical and mental health.

There are many ways to control of your health.
For me, I choose activities that I enjoy. Many things count as exercise, including walking, gardening and dancing.
I love to go to the gym for running. Moreover, I love to eat a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and whole grains which make me more healthy.

For me staying healthy is very important for me. Nowadays, I strongly pay to attention to some healthy routines which helps me to keep such as eating healthy food and doing exercises. I quite love making healthy recipes especially in the morning. Then, I am planning to get back to do the exercises to keep my body stay fit.

- Exercise more and control your eating.

There are many ways to keep healthy that you can do easily.
Firstly, you should drink water 8 cups per day to fulfill your moisture; moreover, it can help your digestive system.
Secondly, you should exercise every day to avoid sickness.
Lastly, you should drink vegetables and fruit every day because there are many vitamins and minerals in vegetables and fruits.
For example, there is vitamin C in orange, it can help you to prevent fever.

We all can keep healthy by eating good food, getting enough sleep, getting some serious strain, and so forth. As for me, these three things are the things I always do in my daily life. To keep healthy, you must lose something. I mean your weight. LOL I have two tips to make you healthy. First, just drink water. Drinking water can keep us fit and also healthy since it causes no harm to us. Another is running or jogging. Go exercising helps so much. See? Those tips are super easy to follow. Thus, I recommend you to do those.

Personally, I usually eat healthy food to keep me healthy. I try to eat less junk food because I believe that food is a crucial factor for health.

This is such a tough question because I am not a healthy person. I always drink a sugary drink which can give my body the high calories. However, I would try my best to have a healthy life. Firstly, I often avoid processed junk food, so I eat real food instead. Then, as I like a sugary drink, I try to drink water that can boost the number of calories I burn each day. Finally, I try to get enough sleep. This can improve my physical and mental performance.

Well, I love to keep my firm and healthy body by doing exercise and eating less carbohydrate and junk food.
There are many kinds of exercise that I do when I want to keep my healthy body such as cardio, running and badminton.
I sometimes go to gym with my friend and after finished exercise I also control my weight with choosing to eat good food.

Maintaining a healthy body is not that easy and not so difficult also. Most important tip for a healthy body is to have healthy food and eat them at proper time. Avoid eating junk food. Exercise also pays a vital role in keeping body healthy. Regular exercise will also keep body in good health. Apart from these always try to manage the stress. Most people due to stress at work have health problems. By controlling stress you can maintain a healthy body.

I know that keeping healthy is not essay for us as EN students. LOL    
However, these are my ways to keep my body healthy
1. I try to eat healthy food.
2. I try to do exercise.
3. I try to drink water at least 8 glasses of water per a day.
4. I try to have enough sleep at least 6 hours per a night.

I would like to say that I am not. Due to the delicious of various kinds of food, I can not reject that it causes my unhealthy eating habits.
I like to eat a snack and also like some kind of fried things. So, it can make me getting fatter and fatter.
I think that I should go to workout in order to get more energy and healthier.

For me, health care is an important issue.To keep my body healthy, I need to drink water frequently, and I also eat healthy food and eat all five food groups and should have enough rest, not too late.
