I think cheese is unhealthy but I really like cheeseeee!! For the research, Cheese is a good source of calcium, a key nutrient for healthy bones and teeth, blood clotting, wound healing, and maintaining normal blood pressure. However, cheese can also be high in calories, sodium, and saturated fat. If you want to eat cheese you can eat but not too much for a good result to yourself.

Personally, I don't think cheese is healthy but it's absolutely delicious.
However, I think cheese still has a good benefits because it can provide us some nutrients.
But eating cheese too much will be not good for our health.

In my personality and perspective, I reconsider that cheese can improve advantages and disadvantages. In the usefulness, there are warming your own body and energy. In the bad things, it can make you fat.

Personnally, cheese is harmful for health because it contain a lot of tranformed fat. I would like to say that
I rarely eat cheese because I think eating cheese everyday bring you
to dangerous situation since it is unhealthy food and I also don't like its taste.

I think it is bad for us if we have it too much. Some people are sensitive to cheese. Cheese contains lactose, a sugar that can’t be digested by lactose-intolerant people because their bodies lack the enzyme that breaks it down. In these cases, too much lactose can lead to digestive problems including gas and bloating.
