DO YOU SLEEP WITH THE LIGHTS ON OR OFF?

Personally, I have to turn off every single light bulb in my room. For my good sleeping, my room has to dark without any light.
If my roommate has to do her works late at night. That night is my absolutely bad night. What is about you? light or without light

Well, I am going to say that I cannot sleep with the light because I think that it is something that I need to go and
switch it off haha. Eventhough I afraid of the ghost or spirit, I prefer to tur of the light before sleeping
since it makes me sleep well.
