Personally, I always turn on the music when I can't sleep.
I know that put the phone near myself when I am going to go to bed is not good but I don't know how to make myself fall asleep if I didn't turn on the music.

As of the last two weeks, I went to bed too late every day since I had to finish tons of work. This thing has ruined my biological clock as well. And I have been trying so hard to get over it. I'm trying not to go to bed late since it will never good for my health. I have found that drinking a cup of hot tea can make me easily fall asleep. Apart from drinking a nice cup of tea, turning off the light while laying on my bed is also a good way to get to sleep. I have just found that being in the dark makes my brain stop thinking of everything since I just focus on the dark. By doing these things, I can easily fall asleep.

Last two nights, I could not sleep so, I used my technique to make myself calm and sleep. My technique is listening to fairy rales from Youtube. I always use my technique every time I cannot sleep. The fairy tales which I usually listen are Ramayana, Thai folk tales from a Youtube channel. That channel is Point of View. The owner is a woman who loves reading books or she is a bookworm. She will read the stories and then she tells the stories cheerfully. I have learned from her channel and I applied some recommendations from her to be adjusted in my daily life.

Actually, If I can not sleep during the night, I usually listen to musics that have slowed melodies.
My favorite song which I always listen to is Gamnongnangnandangkuarcrai, it is very good song for me.
It has very beautiful language in this song, when I listen to this song I will relax and can sleep well.

Actually, I can sleep easily in 5 minutes whenever I lay down on my bed.
However, if I can't sleep at night, watching movies or cartoons help me fall asleep.
In addition, counting sheep is the simple way that I usually use.

Actually, if I can not sleep, I would read a book.
A kind of books that I read is novel.
When I read it, I will feel relax and than I will sleep well.

Recently I have a problem with sleeping.
My time for sleeping is suck.
I cannot fall asleep until it’s almost 4 in the morning and unfortunately I have morning classes.
I try to go to bed before midnight, around 10 pm so I have some time to rolling on my bed and fall asleep.

For me, I am a person who can sleep easily.
However, If I can't seem to get sleep, I always listen to music or watch TV drama.
Both of them make me feel asleep easily and automatically.

Personally, I am a person who cannot sleep easily.
Because I have a lots of things to do in one day. So I cannot handle every things. Sometimes, I cannot sleep at night. In addition, I use a many many medicine to solve this problem.

I sometimes have a problem with sleeping. Therefore, I usually listen to sleeping music on YouTube.
Sleeping music is a kind of music which helps me feel relax and comfortable. In the night that I feel very tired or can’t sleep, I will listen to sleeping music for 30 minutes to an hour. After that I can sleep easier.

There are many times that I can't sleep easily because of a lot of reason.
Sometimes it happens because I feel fear of something or sometimes I sleep in the day so I am active in the night.
What I usually do when I have a probelm with that, I will watch and listen ASMR videos on YOUTUBE.
ASMR video can help people who have a problem with sleep, they will feel more relax with this.
This is my technique for sleep more easily.

If I couldn’t seem to sleep, I will play games, watch videos on YouTube, reading cartoon books, or listen to my favorite  songs. These are my effective ways to make me get sleep easily because when I focus on something too long such as watching, playing, reading, or listening something, my head will be getting blank and eventually I will feel sleepy.

Reading a book is a good way! When I cannot seem to get to sleep, i usually read a book. It is very helpful for me. I normally feel sleepy every time I read a book. Another way for me to make myself sleep is to listen to a relaxing song. It really works!

Well, this is an interesting question. LOL
I always cannot fall asleep when I have too many things in my mind.
So, I often listen to my favorite music or radio in order to fall asleep.
I usually listen to ghost radio that talks about horror or ghost story.
Anyway, reading abstract books can make me feel sleepy.

As of lately, I have a problem about sleeping.
I cannot sleep because I concern with many things in my life that make me feel too stress.
I found the way to deal with this problem.
I will close my eyes and listen to relax music.
It will make me forget many serious things and can sleep easily.
You can try this way to sleep happily.

I can go to sleep when I stop playing my mobile phone. My bad habit is surfing the internet before going to bed every day. When I surf the internet, I see many interesting things. From this reason, it make me feel active and don’t want to sleep. Consequently, the best way to make myself to sleep is stopping playing mobile phone.

For me, I usually watch videos on Youtube, listen to the classical music and turn off the light, then close my eyes. I do these things and I fall asleep. Do not think too much about non-sense things or stress and make myself relax.

Personally. I will turn off all light in my room except warm starlight around my bed. After that, I will find some movies to watch. When I watch a movie and lay on my bed I will easily falling asleep.
I can stay just 15 minutes watching movie and then I will fall asleep.

Making myself a glass of hot milk with honey (I swear it’s delicious) or decaffeinated tea could warm my body up for rest.
Moreover, I listen to my favorite podcast or a non-action-packed audiobook, preferably one that’s dense, and let the soothing voices quiet my mind.

In my opinion, if I can’t sleep at night, I will find out something to watch.
Another one, I will listen to my favorite song that makes me feel sleepy.
Lastly, reading books can make me feel sleepy.

When I cannot seem to fall asleep, listening to some kind of music can effectively help. I just need to let my mind go along with the rhythm and sounds. Apart from this way, reading printed materials or books is considered a good way to make me feel sleepy. It sounds funny, yet it actually helps! Reading books is the best medicine for sleeping. LOL

I don't usually have any trouble trying to sleep at night. When it is almost midnight, my body is automatically getting ready to sleep. But recently, I find myself waking up in the middle of the night and I don't know why. Maybe because I'm stress. When I can't sleep I would try to sleep. I don't have any tips to help with sleeping.

If I can’t sleep at night.
I will turn on the lullaby or the rainy sound that my friend suggested me.
When I get sleepy, I will turn it off and then sleep.

Normally, I always watch some movies or series on Netflix in order to make me feel sleepy. If it does not work, I will eat something to make me feel full. Sometimes, I cannot sleep because I am very hungry; so, I have to fulfill my hunger. However, if you cannot sleep because of overthinking, you should try to find ways to deal with it.

Recently, I always listen to Dharma when I can't get sleep. This way is really work for me.
Sometimes I just turn off the light and close my eyes then I can sleep in a few minutes.
