I have a problem with sleeping about 2-3 months ago. I was very worried about my health back then because I cannot get a nice sleeping time at all.
I think the cause of my sleeping problem was from my work time. I stayed up late for a long time but my body cannot deal with that.
So, it appeared as my sleeping problem. My life was so full of sadness back then. And now I'm trying to go to bed early to change my sleep schedule to be in normal time. And it is because I want myself to stay healthy.

You should relax yourself before going to bed so that you can sleep well.

To get a better sleep, you should go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour.

Evaluate your room. Design your sleep environment to establish the conditions you need for sleep. Your bedroom should be cool. Your bedroom should also be free from any noise that can disturb your sleep. Finally, your bedroom should be free from any light. Check your room for noises or other distractions.

I used to have problem with sleep, but I found the solution coincidentally.
I will turn on the sound of rain to lure me to sleep.
It is very effective if you try sometimes.
Even other natural sounds would be helpful.

The reasons that I cannot go to sleep are having many things to think of and being worried about my assignment. Last semester, I cannot go to sleep because I overthought about my work. I slept only 2-3 hours a day. It was not good for my health. Now, I am trying to calm myself down and get rid of worrying to get a better sleep.

To me, I normally get and can function well on about 6 hours of sleep, assuming that about twice a week, but not necessarily on weekends, I get a good, solid 8 hours.

The way to sleep better is to drink warm milk before bed or reading my favorite cartoon before bed. I tend to read my favorite cartoon before going to bed. Hever, there is one things you shouldn't do is drink plenty of water before bed because it will make you want to go to the bathroom at night.

listening to sounds of rain is one of my relaxations. I like listening to rain sounds when I go to the bed in the sleeping time. It can also support me to fall asleep easily because I am focusing on the raindrop’s sounds as counting sheep.There are many types of the rain’s sound and I always click on my most favorite type that helps me sleep rapidly.

You may try not to play the mobile phone 30 minutes before sleeping.
You can drink a cup of warm milk since it contains melatonin that helps improve sleep.
You may listen to classical music before sleeping as well.

For me, I will try to finish the work first before going to sleep.
I always cannot sleep because I feel worried about the works that are not complete.
Next one, I will make myself to be in happy mood, not feel stress before go to sleep.
Last one, I will avoid using telephone before go to sleep that is the hard way to do.

Make your bed more comfortable: get a better mattress and pillows, change sheets more often. You could also reorient your bed so that the headboard points to the north - some people are sensitive to the Earth’s magnetic poles and sleeping with the head to the north usually improves the sleep quality for these people.

I will turn on the sound of instruments or natural sound.
It makes my mind calm before I sleep.
I also turn on the fan but I will let it blow my feet only.
I've read that if our feet feel cool, it'll make our sleep better.

Just the silent place and darkness help me to sleep well.

I would say work out is help a lot! When we do some exercise, we will burn a lot of fats.
And then when you use a lot of energy to do that, you will be exhausted.
Then you will have a good sleeping though.
