Personally, I am a person who does not like the cold weather.
Therefore, I have many ways to protect myself from the coldness.
Wearing the sweater and long pants is the first thing which I always do.
Then, when I go to bed, I always use the thick blanket to cover myself.
Lastly, drinking hot tea will help me as well.

I protect myself from coldness by drinking hot water and eating spicy food.
I don't like being ill. I hate to be suffered from illness.
I also wear thick clothes to help my body warm.
I like being in my blanket when the weather is cold.

- In my room, I close all of the windows so the wind cannot blows into my room.
- When I sleep, I wear many layers of my clothes.
- I also cover myself with blanket. Sometimes, I need two layers of blanket because I cannot sleep during the night.
Anyway, it's difficult for me to live in the coldness because my body can't adjust with the coldness easily.

- Wear mittens, which are warmer than gloves.

Coldness is one thing that you cannot avoid but you can protect. In my hometown for the winter season, it is very cold to freeze due to the nearby Maekhong river. I will protect myself from coldness as follows: firstly, I don’t go outside in my home. Secondly, I will be under the blanket and lastly, I sit near the bonfire to get warm.
