I have these problems like you although I have a good preparation. I always try solving as much as I can.
I hope that my speaking skill is gonna be better before I graduate from EN.

I think we have to communicate with people alot than you do before.
Speak alot it can help you alot in anyway that you practice.
And always think that nobody perfect. If you did a mistake, it's okay.

I think practicing enough and sleeping well will help us improve our confident.
Practice makes you know how mispell you are and how can you develop your speaking.
Sleep well is also important too because you will get up with ready condition.
