What I usually do is to watch videoes or movies in English, whether in YouTube or Netflix.
While I'm listening, I will try to imitate their accent and how they pronouce words.
I found this a very excellent way to practice my English speaking skills.
Moreover, listening skills are improved as well!

I have been watching Youtube videos since high school, and right now my interest Youtube channel is "Ellen Fisher". She has a little vegan family, and they live in Hawai. She shares a lot of What I Eat In A Day videos, her life in Hawai and travel. I always watch it when I have free time and before go to bed. Her voice is smooth and simple. It is really easy to practice listening and learning some new vocabulary.

For me, I usually talk to myself in English when I ride a motorcycle to somewhere. That really helps! I can monitor myself when I make mistakes, and I can correct them! Personally I am a person who likes to play game in my free time.
There are many games that I can learn English from it. For example, I love playing The Sims and I can learn the everyday usage of the English language through it. I can use that knowledge from the game to improve my speaking skills by speaking with my friends by using various idioms, slangs, or other expressions. It's very helpful.

Of course!!! I have my own way to practice English. I think everyone has their own ways to do make their English better. When I was younger and I wanted to be good at English, I asked my English teachers how to do but some suggestions didn't work for me. Now, I found that I just listen to natives speak and try to say like them. When I listen so much, it seems to be near native and I understand what they say more. I can learn speaking and listening skills at the same time!

Personally, sometimes the difficult thing about English speaking isn’t the language itself, but how you think about it. If you think in your native language and then try to speak English, you’ll always have to translate between languages. Translating isn’t an easy thing to do! Even people fluent in two or more languages have trouble switching between languages.
