Oh I like this question!
Well, I want to say that I always feel sleepy after eating food.
However I think’ it’s not good so I try to avoid this feeling.

Yes, it's almost everytime. I think this is a habit of who is going to be fat.
And I try to find the way to stop this feeling. It's quite hard.

Yes, I do sometimes. Especially, I have launch before I continue to study at noon. It makes me feel extremely sleepy. Therefore, I solve this problem easily. I will take a nap a little bit around 10 minutes before I study. Another solution, I will buy a cup of coffee as black coffee to stimulate my brain wake up.
