To be honest, I would like to say that I cannot stop myself from eating junk food.
However, I think that the way that can stop eating junk food is to try to avoid junk food.
You cannot eat it every single day, but you can eat it only for occasional.

This question is difficult to answer. I think I can not stop eating junk food because it is delicious and easy to eat. I can eat whenever I want.
I know that junk food is bad for health but I can't stop eating I have to eat when I busy about work.
I hope that I should avoid eating junk food for good health and long life.
So, now I try to avoid eating junk food and eat food for good health.

I will tell myself to look at a price of junk food because most of junk food are usually expensive and unreasonable.
If I want to eat food fully, I will not buy junk food for sure because of its price. This is my way to stop or reduce eating junk food.
Anyway, it depends on how hard can you try to control yourself to buy and eat junk food. Although you don't have much money, you will buy and eat it if you want to.

Is it look terrible if I say that I cannot stop eating junk food? I think it is too hard for me. I really love to eat. When I'm getting angry, I know that I'm hungry so I have to find something to eat to kill my anger especially junk food. Nothing much, It is delicious and it is easy to find because sometimes I have no time to wait for anything so I decide to choose the comfy way.

The best way of me that I was proud to show you is eat something instead of junk foods or snack .
I always grab something to eat when I do a lot of work and the things that I eat are vegetable and fruit.
There are many kind of fruit that can make you full a long the day such as banana, guava and watermelon.

If possible, I will try to plan my meals for the day or upcoming week and avoid getting extremely hungry.
Hunger is one of the biggest reasons why we experience cravings. I also try to think that eating junk food is not good for my body and it can make me fatter.

Honestly, I cannot stop eating junk food especially KFC. When I feel tired, I want my energy back. Gaining my power back, I have to do the things that I love to do or eat what I want to eat. One of my favorite food is KFC so, I cannot stop eating junk food.

I can't stop myself from eating junk food. Jelly or gummy bear is my favorite snack ever.
I have eaten jelly since I was young. I love the chewy taste of the jelly When I use a lot of concentrates.
It helps me to keep up with the idea. I can't stop eating jelly even when I lose my weight, so I still chubby. T^T

We can not say that junk food is the easiest way to eat some foods because it takes a little time to buy and eat . Especially, it is delicious. So it is so difficult to stop eating it. However, we have to imagine when we are sleeping on the bed in the hospital because of the disease caused by junk food. LET'S IMAGINE!

I would say that I cannot stop eating junk food anymore. It’s really hard for me because I usually eat it.

It's okay that leave from it around 3-4 days but I will come back to eat again.

I think focusing on the positive side of healthy eating is more effective than focusing on the need to remove junk food.
The more healthy foods I add in my body, the easier it will be to crowd out the unhealthy ones. Just stay positive!

I will think of the cons of eating junk foods then I won't need to eat them anymore.
There are so many cons of junk foods. Junk food is highly processed so junk food gives your body sugars, trans fats and sodium. When eating junk foods, you may be more prone to dehydration and more frequent bad moods, as well as weight gain. Eating junk food late at night can also make it hard on your digestive system, so you may find it really hard to get up and get moving the next day.
