Yes, I do.
I listen to three-four songs before I go to sleep.
The reason is that I have a bad sleep in the past, and I decided to use music therapy.
It’s really work. Most of the song that I listen to are R&B and country musics.

To be honest, I am not completely in listening to music mobile phones.
I do another thing rather than listen to musics.
I always play games or watch television as YouTube entertainment before going to sleeping well.

I always listen to music such as music for sleeping, and music that I love.
I like it when I listen to music it makes me sleep easier.
So, I like to listen to music before going to bed.

Lately, i rarely listen to music though. i don't feel so good now.
I just want to sleep and feel nothing. LOL
I like to watch Youtube instead though.

Yes, I do. I love listening before going to bed. I really love listening to music because I think it helps me to relax stress when I feel bad. I really like listening to Thai classical music. I think its melody is somehow special and different from any other type of music.
