Of course, I do love it. Listening to music before going to sleep is one of my daily routines. I love listening to music so that I can listen to music all the time. It helps me a lot to relax and sleep more deeply. Listening to music makes me relax and comfortable. I heard some research told that listen to music before bed that makes you sleep easily. I agree with this research. I can really sleep easily. It can be proved!

I sometimes listen to music before going to sleep.
Many people think that listening to music before going to bed is relax and easy to sleep.
I agree with this concept but I have another better way.
It is ASMR , I always listen to ASMR before going to sleep. I think it's very relax and it better than music,I think.
I want you guys try it.

Yes, I do. I usually listen to music before going to sleep. It helps me to sleep more calm and comfortable. With an acoustic music or ballad songs, I can go to sleep easier. Actually, there is some negative effects of listening to music before going to sleep. Some said that it makes your brain still works while you are sleeping. It means that your brain cannot rest well as it suppose to be. Anyway, I try not to do this as often because I want my brain to have a good rest.

For me, I do love listening to music.
Music makes me lifely and cheerful. However music can also make me sad. I don't know why but I like to listen to a sad song when I am upset. And, the perfect time for listening to music is before going to bed.

I used to listen to music every night before I went to bed, but now I rarely do it.
I do not have time to listen to music anymore so that I just go to sleep right away when I feel sleepy.
Actually. listening to music can help me fall asleep easier.

Well, I really like to listen to music. During a day, I try to listen to my favorite music when I am doing activities.
Before going to sleep, I often listen to music. Listening to music helps me feel relaxed and happy.
Anyway, I rarely listen to classical music because I don't want to think about English Tourism course.

No, I don't listen to music before I go to sleep. Instead, I read comic!
I really love reading comic from Webtoon application even though they release only 1 episode for each story. LOL
Anyway, I still love to read them before go to bed. They are good bed time stories for me.

Absolutely!! I love to listen to jazz and blue. It helps me fall asleep easier. I have my playlist of Jazz music on Apple music.

Super rarely I do.
I found listening to songs even the relaxing songs makes me energetic.
Thus, I prefer reading books, with any kinds of them, before I go to the bed.
It helps me fall asleep so fast.

Of course! Listening to my favorite songs before going to bed is considered a good way to relax. Some of the songs make me feel calm and relaxed. For this reason, I tend to fall asleep much easier. Music, in my opinion has the power of healing. It can help relieve stress and anxiety. My mind tends to be filled with happiness and joy when listening to music. I love music so much!

I rarely listen to music before sleep. When I need to do meditation, I will not listen to any songs, but
when I can't sleep, I use to turn on a song and start singing along. I think listening to music is better than
listening to songs because it can make me calm and stay concentrate on sleeping. Therefore, I choose music
instead of songs and I listen to a song when I don't want to sleep only.

I do love music. I listen to music for 2 hours a day on average even before sleeping. Hard beat music doesn't help people to get better sleep. However, soft music like lo-fi, classical, or ambient music helps people get better sleep. Most of the time, I listen to classical music particularly violin concerto stuff. It relaxes me and makes me fall asleep very quick.

Normally, I do not listen to music before sleep. However, when I join in volunteering camp, I always listen to music before sleep.
The reason why I need to listen to music when joining the camp is that I cannot sleep and music can help me to sleep easier.
So, listening to music is one of the ways to help me to sleep easily.

I always listen to music before sleep because it makes me feel relax.
Moreover, music can actually help to improve my quality of sleep as well.

Of course, I do. I have tried this intermittently over the last few years. It helps me avoid the inactivity while lying around on the bed as well its much better than playing some TV series. I have tried a bunch of artists and playlists for this. For me, hard rock and metal didn’t work as well as jazz or blues.
