Is make-up before going out important to you?

For me, it's very important.
I am a makeup addict because it makes me feel more confident.
I will begin with foundation, then apply the powder, then put on the eyebrows, eye shadow, brush on and lip.
I always put on the make up, even the days that didn't go out. LOL

To be honest, make up is not important for me before going outside. After I washed my face in the morning, I did not do anything with my face at all even using any powder. However, I sometimes use a lip care because my lips would be dried.
The another reason that I do not want to wear make up is it waste my time. It takes about ten or twenty minutes to do that!

This event is not that formal, so I choose not to wear makeup. Fortunately, my friends don't mind me at all.
