If I have a bad day, I will relax by laying down on my bed and listen to some acoustic music which helps me to rest my brain and body.
Otherwise, I will find some delicious food to eat. My favorite foods that are very helpful are some desserts and sweet drinks.
These ways can help me to be more satisfied with myself. On the other hand, I go outside to some places that I can get away from busy situations.
Watching some entertaining videos is also a good choice for me.

If I am faced with a bad day, the only one way to deal with it is trying to get used to it.
The more I try to escape sadness, the less happy I have gotten.
Some people may use simple ways to decline tensions, but I think we never forget it.
So, thinking carefully and being able to stay with it are better practical ways.

When I had a bad day, I always told myself that "It is just a bad day, not a bad life".
Sometimes, the life is so hard. Maybe everything is not what I hope to be.
I will told myself that I won't give up and I will fight and solve with many problem that come into my life.
I strongly believe that the new light of tomorrow will always be better than today.
I believe that everything will be change with the new sunrise for the next day.
So, as I told you; "It is just a bad day, not a bad life".

When I realized I am in trouble, one thing I will do is calling to my mother.
Sometimes my mother may not be able to solve the problem for me, but talking together makes me feel better.
Mother always encouraged and told me to be calm and conscious.

When I have a bad day, I usually take a break and go to some where that makes me feel comfortable and feel better.
I usually go to my home and talk to my mom what I feel. Sometimes I go to consult with my teacher.
Anyway, listening to music and talking with someone can make me feel better from having a bad day.

To make myself feel better when I have a bad day, I come back to my dorm and review what's happened today. The most important thing is to accept and let it go. There's no one feel happy all the time, so bad feeling is just the normal thing which everyone has to face in life. Then, I will find something to do in order to change my focus. I sometimes watch cartoons, read novels, and listen to my favourite songs. However, when I face such a difficult situation, I will tell my friends. They always listen well.

When I have a bad day, I always go back to my room and avoid talking to anybody. I want to be with myself and think of what happened and learned from it. I told myself to accept the mistakes and let them go. Nobody is perfect but the mistakes that I did happened because I didn't prepare well. Sometimes, I cry to release stress and crying actually helps me feel better.

When I have a bad day, I usually listen to relaxing songs. It really helps me to relieve my stress and feel relax. I usually call my parents when things do not go well. My parents are the person who I always consult with when I have the problem or feel bad. These things are the things that I usually do to make me feel better when I have a bad day.

To get over a bad day, I just do the simple things to make myself feel better.
I will talk to myself fisrt about the things which cause me feel bad then I will try to solve it as soon as possible.
I sometimes, listen to musics and watch movies to make me forget the bad things that happened to me.

On my bad day, I like eating food I like such as Shabu or meat grilled. Sometimes, I will stay lonely in my dormitory and sleep. It is up to the situation. I also like to listen to the music because the music can relieve my sadness.

What I normally do to make me feel better after having a tough day are listening to my favorite songs, watching cartoons and sleeping. These three ways help relieve any stress away. Actually, I love seeking for happiness even if I am in a bad situation. I do not want myself to be dragged down by those bad feelings or things and even people. Apart from that, a cup of green tea or cocoa milkshake can be such good refreshments! Drinking these kinds of beverages makes me feel really better.

It is true that we can face both good and bad things in our everyday life! Talking to someone is one of the best ways to lessen problems we are facing in the bad day! I tend to ask for suggestions from my friends! That really helps! Another thing that can help me feel better is to read books, especially short stories and grammar books! I do consider them the food for my brain! They help me forget all the bad things just happening to me! The last thing is that I need to watch the Y series on LineTV! This kind of series really impresses me! I love it because it provides me with pleasant moments! You see? We do not need to be sad for so long! Face up and find some ways to help us!

Personally, I will go to bed and get sleep because I do not want to nervous about what makes me feel bad.
I believe that if I woke up, bad things would disappear. However, I will try to find another way to be released from it.

When I have a bad day, I don’t blame either my surroundings nor myself.
I analyze my whole day and understand which moment made me think of it as a bad day, which part of my day made me so upset, which action that I took affected my mood so badly.
After understanding that this particular thing ruined my whole day, I don’t just think about it badly and count it as a super negative experience.
Instead, I learn from it and try to never repeat the same mistake again.

Sometimes, I go shopping at the shopping mall in order to get rid of stress.

There are many activities that can cheer me up when I'm in a bad mood. For example, I like playing computer game. My favorite computer game of all time is The Sims. I used to play The Sims 2, The Sims 3, and now I currently play The Sims 4. Besides playing game, go shopping is the activity that I really like to do. I don't know why but I like to go shopping alone when I feel bad and it usually helps me.

Whenever I have a bad day, I would watch a movie. I would watch a movie or an anime whenever I feel blue because this is the only way that can heal my pain inside my heart. I just want to say that I have to do something that I can forget everything from the outside world. Watching a movie is the only way that can keep me away from the problems.
