My simple ways to find happiness are eating, sleeping, and staying with others who make me smile. These ways are very simple to find happiness.
Here are the reasons; First, eating is my favorite thing to do. Eating can make me full and happy. I'm very happy when I have delicious food to eat.
Second, sleeping is my need. Sleeping is a very important thing in my life now because I have tons of work to do. Tons of work make me exhausted. And when I have enough sleep, I will be fresh and happy. That's why I really need sleeping.
The last one is staying with others who make me smile. The word 'others' means my friends and my lover. Staying with others who can make me smile is very important and meaningful because there are many nervous things like hard situations that come to my life every single day. So, staying with them can turn my bad day to a happy day.

As everyone of you might know already, the easiest way to find happiness for yourself is doing something that you can forget all the bad things and painful memories that you have confronted. For me, the things that I will do to find happiness for myself are practicing martial arts and going to Tae Kwon Do club. Practicing martial arts is one of my activities that I will do to get rid of my painful memories and experiences that I have met by kicking and punching out until I am satisfied. I also go to Tae Kwon Do club to see my friend named Ya to train with him and these are the best things to do for me.
