Actually, I am a person who love to do many activities because it can reduce my stress.
These are three simple habits which help me feel happier:
1. Watching movies.
2. Listening to the musics.
3. Eating a good food.

These are three simple habits to help me feel happier.
1.) Living with my family in my hometown
It is my simple way of my life. I love how we make something and do some activity together.
2.) Watching movie
This is the most favorite activity for me. It can eliminate the stress and serious things from me.
3.) Exercise
My happiness comes from two things which are healthy body and mind. So, basic habit which is exercise will make happiness for me.

For me, I would like to do 3 things that make me happier.
1. I do love to clean my room especially, bathroom.
2. I do love to watch a movie in my bed.
3. I do love to eat food I think this was can me happy more than watch a movie.

When I feel bad or I feel sad about something, I will try to make​ myself​ to be better as fast as possible​ because​ I​ don't​ want to show my sadness to people​ around​ me. These are 3 things I always​ do when I get sad.
1. Talking​ to my close friend​s to find the way that solves the problem.
3. Watching​ some​ video​s if no friend can talk​ to me.
4. Sleep​ing because​ I​ want to shut down everything.
These what I​ always​ do.

I speak out everything bothering my mind.
It helps bad emotion relief a lot and makes me feel better.
Also, I sing and cry if I feel so terribly.

If I want to be happier when I'm sad, first thing I want to do is playing games.
Playing game can help me a lot, it makes me feel relax and forget about the sad feeling.
Watching movies is the way to make me happier too, I enjoy watching comedy and horror movies.
Also last habit is eating something that really want to eat at that time.

The challenge of living on this planet is to find balance and to find our centre, which means awakening our connection to Source energy and the limitless love, peace, joy, guidance, strength that come from that. I wanted unconditional happiness more than I wanted anything else and was willing to work at it. It was challenging, but I can say that I feel at one with all of life and enjoy each moment now.

I have to say that we all have a time when we are sad or blue to do anything in our lives. There are three habits that I would do whenever I feel sad. First, I would play a fighting game if I feel angry at someone. I would also practice martial arts too to cheer myself up. The last thing that I would do is listening to music and these are the habits that I like to do to cheer myself up.

The simple habit to help me feel happier as follows: first, I like watching movies on the netflix because of watching the movies can heal my body and mind better. Second, I like hanging out alone to be with natural that I favorite. Last, I love sleeping when I would like to be happier which sleeping, I don’t need to over think.
