1. Poop is just the beginning of what could possibly be hanging out on your toothbrush. Don't keep your toothbrush in the bathroom too close to the toilet, especially when you flush.
2. Your toothbrush is home to more than 100 million bacteria including E. coli & several types of staphylococci bacteria, lactobacillus, pseudomonas, candida fungi, herpes simplex type 1, & even HPV.
3. It may also contain food debris, blood & moisture.

Here are three habits that make me feel happier:
1. waking up early and making my bed: I will be really happy if I can wake up
early in the morning. I feel like that day will be productive.
2. doing exercise: Every time I do exercise I feel really good for myself. I feel like
I am healthy. Moreover, I can do thing that can make myself healthier.
3. Watching movies: I sometimes watch movies to relax myself and relieve stress.
It makes me feel even better.

We can build happiness for ourselves very simply. For me, I have these three ways of building happiness. The first thing is going shopping at shopping malls. Another is reading many English lessons and short stories. The other is finding some good food to eat. You see? It is very easy to make ourselves delighted.

1. Make a mix playlist of your favorite songs and hit the gym. Burning off calories and strengthening your muscles only touches the surface of the benefits of working out.
2. Laughter is one of the best prescriptions for daily happiness. Find a group of friends and enjoy a distraction-free evening reminiscing and talking about your lives together. Avoid gossip and venting about problems that plague you.
3. Having a set schedule can alleviate stress and tension throughout your day. Plan your meals a week in advance and cook ahead on the weekends.

For me, these are 3 simple things to help me feel happier:
1. Surfing the internet, it can lead me to the boundless world.
2. Eating expensive foods, I always happy when I eat eapensive foods.
3. Go shopping, I am a person who enjoy spending money.

I always happy with these simple things:
- wake up early and have a cup of warm coffee.
- plant some little trees and see how they grow up.
- go out to feed fish with my boyfriend.
