Honestly, I have no idea about it.
I think that our body cannot produce vitamin D.
That's why we have to eat some kind of food that contains vitamin D.
Morning sunshine will help body get vitamin D.

For me, there are lot of benefit of vitamin D such as maintain the health of bones and teeth and support the health of the immune system,
brain, and nervous system. So, Get up early and get some vitamin D from the sun light every day bring a good health to you.

I think, it is because it helps and cares our bones.
So, it is necessary to have vitamin D to our life.
As I known about how important of vitamin since I have learned in the health course. That is why I think it is important to our bones! And our bones will healthy because of vitamin D.

I search for some information for you. Our body needs vitamin D because our body must have vitamin D to absorb calcium and promote bone growth. Too little vitamin D results in soft bones in children (rickets) and fragile, misshapen bones in adults (osteomalacia). You also need vitamin D for other important body functions.

Vitamin c is vital for your body in order to develop collagen, which helps your hair to grow stronger from the inside out.
Moreover, gaining a lot of vitamin c is good for gum because it protects your gum from scurvy.
I would like yo suggest you to eat gauva since it is the source of vitamin c.

I think there are many vitamins that important to my life. So, vitamin D is one of important vitamin because our body can not produce vitamin D. Vitamin D has multiple roles in the body, helping to:
1.Maintain the health of bones and teeth.
2.Support the health of the immune system, brain, and nervous system.

I think it's because vitamin D is very important to our bodies.
Vitamin D is produced by the body in response to skin being exposed to sunlight. It also occurs naturally in a few foods
-- including some fish, fish liver oils, and egg yolks -- and in fortified dairy and grain products.
