I have read the research, it shows that Your body must have vitamin D to absorb calcium and promote bone growth. Too little vitamin D results in soft bones in children and fragile, misshapen bones in adults. You also need vitamin D for other important body functions. These are the reasons why we need vitamin D

It's important to get some of vitamin D to human body. Because vitamin D can absorb calcium and promote bone growth. We can obtain it from the sun exposure, and some food especially, fish, liver and egg yolks.

Vitamin D is important to our body because vitamin D is produced by the body in response to skin being exposed to sunlight. It also occurs naturally in a few foods -- including some fish, fish liver oils, and egg yolks -- and in fortified dairy and grain products.

Vitamin D is one of many vitamins our bodies need to stay healthy.
Having healthy bones protects you from various conditions, including rickets. Rickets is a disorder that causes children to have bones that are weak and soft. It is caused by a lack of vitamin D in the body. You need vitamin D so that calcium and phosphorus can be used to build bones. In adults, having soft bones is a condition called osteomalacia.

Because vitamin D is good for our bones.
We should get more vitamin D to help our body to develop the bones and make our bones strong enough to carry our weight.

Vitamin D is very important to our body.
It makes our bones more stronger and make us healthier.
It also relieves our stresses out, that’s why we have to go outside to get vitamin D in the morning.

Well, I think our body should get a vitamin D because it is good for skin and bone. I love to
get up in the morning and go out ot get vitamni D from sunlight in order to make my bone stronger.
I recom,end you to wake up and get sunlight in the morning around 8.00 am. It is a best time to get
vitamin D

For me, I think we need vitamin D because of our calcium though.
It makes us have a strong bones and good skins.
Actually i don’t really know what vitamin D help. Haaaa
But i always heard that we can get vitamin D from the sun light in the morning.
