Som-Tam or papaya salad is my favorite Isan food.
I eat at at least once a week. Its taste and smell are very unique.
However, it has a lot of sodium, it is better not to eat too much.

I have to say that the only Isan food that I like the most is spicy papaya salad. I love to eat it because I love the harmony of all the tastes that combine into one dish. it taste good with a little bit salt, sour and spicy. It is fantastuc for me. Somtum is my love dish and there are a lot of benefit such as vitamin.

I love the hot flavor. I love eating Tom-yum and Son-tum.
