Since I was young I love running so much
because I am one of the running competitor
of my primary school.
In nowadays I love aerobic dance more than running ,
its quite fun !

Well, I would say NOOO! because running makes me get trying quickly because I focus just only how far that I got.
In the same way, I love playing badminton because it is really fun and I love to play bedminton with my friends too.
However, I shoul go run sometimes in order to protect COVID-19 haha.

Yes, I like running .I've heard from the doctor that happy medical enzyme 'Endorphine' will produce when you ran.
If you have many stressful things in your life, running is one of the best choices for you guys as well.

Yes! In my opinion, I think runnig is an easy exercise. You don't need much just sneakers! Then you can run wherever you want in the public park or around your house. I used to run in the public park in the evening. The evening and morning are the best proper time which you should go out for running.

Absolutely YES! When I was a freshman, I always went to run every day. The reason was that I wanted to lose weight and I did it! However, although I enjoy running, I rarely do such because I have tons of work to do.
