In my point of view, running is the easiest exercise that people can do. I think running can help
our body fit and firm. Although running will not help us lose weight immediately, it will show
the result surely in the future.

Running is considered one of the most convenient ways for people to exercise. Since it does not require any special equipments except for sneakers, it is so famous among those who love taking care of their physical health. I used to go running when I was a freshman in order to keep my body fit. However, I do not have much time to do so these days. I need to find myself some time to go running so that my health will remain good.

I actually don’t know why people prefer running. But let me tell you something, I have known the psychologist from Suddavej Hospital. She asks me to run every day because it not only can help you healthier but it can help your emotions are better also. Because when you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. So, you will feel better when you’re running, you can decrease stressful things in your mind. I think that’s one of reasons why people prefer running. I want to run, but I’m afraid not because of my schudule. It’s really quite sad.

In my opinion, running is a great way for burning fat and boosting our energy. Many people prefer to go running because it cost nothing. You don't have to pay any money. You just look for a proper place which could be a park or football field to go and enjoy your time. I am the one who love running so much because it helps me to burn my fat and makes me feel active. I have plan to go running again to keep myself healthy and stay fit.

We can run anywhere we want. We even can run in our own room!
I know 1 person that like to run in his room everyday.
He has lost any weight and very healthy.
I prefer running in a treadmill. It’s also one of my favorite sport.

I don't know why people prefer running. In my opinion, I never like running until I have tried to run.
It is very hard for me to start running at the beginning. It is so boring because you have to repeat what you are doing.
For me, running is easy to do for everyone who doesn't want to do any hard exercise.
Anyway, I think now I love running because it can improve my health.

As for me, running or jogging is the simple way to keep your health fit! I think that running does not require things to do. You just have only sneakers. Then, you can run around your home. Sometimes, you can go to public park. You can find someone to run with. Sometimes, you may find some handsome guys at the park. LOL I think this makes people like running!!

I think running is an exercise that can be done easily.
Whether running on the court, at the gym, or in front of your house.

To my way of thinking, running is one of the kinds of sport that you can do easily.
You can run at the racetrack or you can run at the gym.
However, running might be dangerous if you run too fast or too long.
So, you should get some advice from the trainer before running.

Running can keep us healthy and get rid of anxiety and boredom at the same time, in all honesty. There are many pieces of research which indicate that such an activity can prevent us from many diseases. Moreover, they show that the level of depression is diminished while running. That's why many people like running.

They might want to stay healthy or live longer. As I have seen, people in the past were not really concern about their health as well. By the way, we nowadays can easily see that many people, including my parents and my siblings, are trying to be healthier since research inform that running is one of the best ways to help us strong. See, running can keep them stay longer. This must be the reason why many people love running.

I think that it might because running is one of the easiest way to exercise. I also like running as well. It is no-equipment workout and you can start running anytime you want. You don't have to wait for other to join you like some sports.

In my opinion, running is the easiest way to exercise without any equipment.
For running, you just need a good shoes to help you run without any pain.
For some people, they might need some equipment to help them but for me, a good shoes and good helath is enough.

In my opinion, I think the reason why many people prefer running is that running is an easy kind of exercise to do.

In my opinion, People like to run because it’s a stress reliever for most and to get things of their mind.
Just as well of having that satisfaction of doing something productive or want to make their life better and healthier, not mention others do it because of a sport like a cross country, marathon etc.
All in all everyone has there one reasons why they run like to being healthy.

Honestly answer, I really don't know why people prefer running. Sometimes they just need to exercise in order to be healthier. Some want to build muscles or some want to lose weight. For me, I did not prefer running because I can run not very long distance. I feel so tired when I sun. It is hard to tolerate.

I don't know why they do, but I don't.
You know? running is also harmful for your health since it pain leg muscles.
400-800 meters would be fine to run, but long running is somewhat dangerous.

I have to say that running is an activity that will freshen our body up. Running is a good exercise that we have to do to make our body moves easily. I think the reason that makes people decide to run is that it can help them move and doing a daily activity easier. Running is the best exercise that you guys have to do every day because it can make your heart hotter.
