How to control your emotions during a difficult conversation?
Personally, I control my emotions by being in the present.
It is to say that I won't think over and much more than what
I have heard in order to be in the conversation.
I just pay a lot of attention to the interlocutor during conversation.

Honestly, I very hate this situation because I don't wanna make problem with anyone.
For me, I just end it and walk away from those conversations.
Sometimes, we don't need to continue the conversation.
Find the way to end it. It may be better if it's ended.

Personally, I am a person who always think before saying and sometimes I use a lot time to think.
When I have a difficult conversation, I will try to calm down myself and tell myself to listen carefully what he or she try to say. I will listen by using the reason and not put my emotion in it.

I usually clam my breath down. Actually i used to be in this situation like this a lot!
Honestly sometimes i cannot control myself though. Haaa That's not cool at all.
So i always quiet and try not to speak when i am out of control.

Take a break. In my experience, this is a far-underused approach. The more time you give yourself to process your emotions, the less intense they are likely to be. So when things get heated, you may need to excuse yourself for a moment

In my personality, when I face to the difficult conversation , there are the ways I will always do to deal with this situation.
1. Keep talking.
2. Do not think too much.
3. Analysis about what converse is talking.
4. Keep calm all the time.

When I was in this situation, I would breath deeply.
Or maybe I usually think that calm down... calm down and calm down.

When we are engaged in a difficult conversation, the conversational flow becomes either too technical or too emotional. Both parties become fault finder or one-sided. In the process of the conversation, we have to be aware of the kind of words to use and tone of voice to portray. There should be a feeling of a loose sense of tightness and that it should not be provoking. Given all these in mind, together with the emotional focus, the purpose of the conversation will positively be attained.

Focus on your body. Sitting still when you’re having a difficult conversation can make the emotions build up rather than dissipate. Experts say that standing up and walking around helps to activate the thinking part of your brain.

I really hate this situation. It makes me uncomfortable. If I have to face this difficult conversation, I will sit and breathe deeply.
Being calm is also helpful. Don't think or stress too much!
