For me, only breathing can make me gain more weight. hahaha
I am a person who can gain more weight easily. So, I need to control my eatting.
It is hard to suggest you about how to gain more weight because I am easy to gain weight.
However, I think eatting more can make you gain more weight, but you need to eat protein a lot. Moreover, exercise can help because it can build more muscles.

I would say skipping a meal can also cause weight. Many people know that eating to make junk food can cause unwanted weight gain. What many people don’t know is that skipping a meal can also cause weight gain, even obesity. While people are educated about the effects of junk food unfortunately, they do not know how harmful skipping a meal can be for the human body. I used to be was one of those people, I didn’t know how harmful skipping breakfast was until taking this Health and Wellness class.

I would say it is extremely easy to gain more weight.
The delicious foods are all around ourselves. Eating too much can help you to gain more weight.Eating high sugar food and dessert can achieve the same result but it is bad for your health.I think the better ways are eating more frequently, getting quality sleep, drinking milk, eating red meat or eating protein.

I think this topic make me feel surprised a lot. Since i was young until at the present, my body have never gained more over weight easily. I eat a lot but it does not work to my body. Now, i have gone to Shabu Restaurants everyday.so, it improves my body more weight.

Actually, I don't know how to gain more weight. I am the person who ate a lot but not getting fat. I rarely exercise too. My mum even bought some vitamins for me to take to gain more weight. lol

I search some information for you.
Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.
Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee.
Take creatine. Get quality sleep.

In my opinion, I can gain weight by eating high calories foods.
Moreover, eat high protein foods such as chicken breast and boiled eggs.
Don't forget to do exercise to be a perfect shape.

For me, eating and do nothing except sleeping is the way you can gain the weight.
The food that you eat will be a lot of carbohydrate such as rice and bread.
Then you will some snack or dessert after eating main meals that has a lot of sugar.
So I would say I did all of it and I can gain for 5kg.

Honestly i don't know what I should say cause everything that i did, it makes me gain weight. Haaa
If you want to gain weight, I think you can eat more and work out together.
Eat a lot can help you gain some weight, and don't forget to workout too.

Well, this is so simple.
You just have to eat without thinking about anything.
You can start with drinking soda like 2-3 bottles per day.
Then follow by shabu and dessert.
You will definitely gain weight for sure.

I have gained 10 kilos which are nice because I always hated being too skinny. My strategies would be eating. I mean just eat like to eat all the time or like eating a lot of buffets also help a lot.
