I try to lose weight many times.
When I can lose weight about 2-3 kilograms, after that it will be very difficult to lose.
Finally, I lost all my passion to lose weight.
Another thing that is very difficult for me is controlling eating habits.
Therefore, It made me unsuccessful in losing weight.
Do you have any ideas to suggest me?

Yes, I have. I'm getting fat right now. I have ever tried many times but I failed to do it.
I try to drink more water and fruits before having meals and it helps me a lot.
I think I will start planning to lose weight again. I want to have better health.

Yes, I have and I am trying to.
I never accomplish in losing weight.
I cannot stay healthy whether in diet or exercise.

For me, I have NEVER tried to lost my weight yes NEVER!!
As you may know that I have quite slim body.
Therefore, I think it is not necceary to try to lost my weight.

I need to say that I used to. I really concern about my gaining weight and try to lose my weight since
I think that it is unhealthy. Losing weight is  difficult for me due to yummy food and drinks surrounding me. I recommend
you to start losing your wieght by controling yourselves from having much food than your need.

Yes, I have. When I was a second year student. I was a member of the gym. I went to work out every day at that time. I really enjoy exercising because there are dancing class and biking class. I had so much fun. However, my weight was still the same because I didn’t change my eating habit. I ate what I wanted to eat. The result from being a member of the gym was failure.

I once tried to lose my weight when I was a freshman. I have lost about 6 kilograms back then.
But now my weight has gained so fast. That's very sad for me.
Losing weight is very challenging and you have to be very responsible and you need to have the discipline.

No, I haven't. I have never tried to lose my weight because I'm still underweight. My weight isn't increased easily even I feel that I'm fatter. I noticed that my weight has increased just 1 kg. for each year.

Yes, I have. I try to lose my weight many times. The first time In university life is when I was a second-year student. I lose 4-5 kilograms in one month because of someone haha. At that time, I try to lose my weight because I falling in love with someone.

When I was a junior student, I used to lose weight. 10 kilograms was gone since I tried so hard to get rid of it. I did lots of things such as running in every evening, controlling meals and so on. Because of such, I could lost my weight easily in just a month.

No, I have never ever lost my weight because I don't have the weight to lose. Hahaha Personally, I don't think that being thin is a good way to show how healthy. I think that no matter how you are plump or thin, you can be ourselves. However, I support you to exercise for your health. Keep fighting!!!

Yes, I was. When I was in Matthayom 2, I worked out for hours every day. I ran and exercise following the TV channel. I set my goal that I would like to lose 5 kilograms. Luckily, I could lose 3 kilograms within 2 months. It was a wonderful experience.

Yes of course! I have tried already! I could not do it because I don't have time to take a rest as well.
Then I eat a bit food. That's why I can't lose my weight.

Such a big question!
I am always tired of losing weight.
Why? It is because I’m still getting fatter and fatter!
So sad right? But I’m saying the truth.
I want to get thinner.... but it was only just a dream.

I have lost weight several times. When I say several times, yes I derailed 2 times by binge eating. I binge eat when I am depressed. I get depressed when I am alone. Losing weight may be due to several reasons. If you don't intend to lose weight and you still lose weight you need to visit your doctor immediately.

I think principle is the most important thing I have to consider when I lose weight.

Yes, I have. One of my friend applied on the training class. He is majoring in Sport Science.
I was his member and he was my trainer. In order to gain good points, I had to lose some weight.
I had to go to gym 4 days a week. The only food I can eat are chichen beast, boiled-egg without egg yolk and banana.
It was very exhausted but fun! I did lose 5 kg. though. LOL

Personally, I do not try to lose weight anymore.
I interested in the shape of the body more than weight.
