Personally, we should eat it in a little piece per day and we could do the exercise after we ate it.
Moreover, we have to eat less fat and sugar chocolate.
That's it easy to enjoy eating chocolate.

The healthiest way to enjoy eating chocolate is eating dark chocolate.
It is because dark chocolate doesn't contain a lot of sugar like other kinds of chocolate.

Just an easy way to eat food, and you don't get fat is working out! LOL
I khow it's kind of a hard way, but it is true. Yeahhh it's sad but it's true.
Actually if you don't have enough time to work out, just eat them once a week. it's okay.
Everthing has to be balance right?

I used to study about how to eat chocolate without getting fat and these are the ways.
1. Select chocolate that has 70% of cocoa.
2. Eat it in a small piece
3. Don't eat more often

Personally, just take a little bite of dark chocolates and let it melt down in your mouth.
I prefer dark chocolates because I love it after taste that a little bitter but meltdown in my mouth.
I like chocolates but I am not a huge fan of milk chocolates as it is unhealthy for my health.
And Dark chocolates help boost my mood and reduce anxiety.

Well, I think the healthiest way to eat chocolate is eating with dark chocolate
because dark choccolate can improve your health and also get lower risk of heart disease.

I guess eat as much as you want and exercise hard might help.
You have to admit that chocolate contains lots of sugar, so you have to work out super hard to burn it out.
In other way, eat dark chocolate in small amount could help you enjoy eating them!

You know that right because it contains less sugar so you will not get fat.

I really love chocolate because of its taste that so delicious.
I can eat chocolate all day long.
So, the best way to eat them healthily just does not eat them all.
