Do you think teachers should get high salaries?

I couldn't agree more. I think it's fair for teachers.
Teachers should get paid more, in the beginning, to motivate new graduates to become a teacher and the salaries should not increase because of seniority but instead should increase based on performance.
Moreover, teachers should have less non-teaching related works.
