Will technology replace teachers?
I don't think it is the best way that
technology will replace teachers,
but why not collaborate together.
It will be powerful!

Re: Will technology replace teachers?
In my opinion, I think that technology can not replace teachers.
Although, the technology has an influence in the education industry.
According to education, teachers need to control and manage classes.
So, we should use technology just to support students.

I think, technology can not replace teacher but it will go a long with teacher's teaching. In the classroom, it still need teacher to manage the class. Students need to communicate with teacher to get advices to exchange ideas to others. The teacher can use technology to teach but it can not take the role of teacher.

Re: Will technology replace teachers?
No, I do not think that teachers like us will be replaced by technology. It seems to me that technology cannot deal with individual differences of students. It needs to be us, as a teacher. However, we can apply technology to the classroom. Since technology plays an important role in our daily life these days, we need to make a change. When designing a lesson plan, technology can be included. It would make your students feel active to take part in your activities. We use it as a tool to help make the learning process flow. Therefore, technology will never replace teachers.

Personally, I think technology cannot take action like teachers.
Everything that teachers have to deal with students I think it cannot.
But technology can be the assistance for a teacher in terms of material.

Re: Will technology replace teachers?
I don't think like that, especially in Thailand. Technology has its limitation in doing things.
In Thailand, I must say that we are far away from using technology 100% in teaching because of financial problems.
Moreover, I think many teachers don't want to use technology in their classrooms.
So, I think technology will not replace teachers for sure, especially in Thailand.

Re: Will technology replace teachers?
From my perspective, technology cannot replace teachers.
First of all, it cannot understand humans' feelings; so, students cannot consult their problems with it.
Secondly, it can do and teach following its system; it cannot explain more if students do not understand.
Lastly, it cannot improve students' morality; but, teachers can do.

Re: Will technology replace teachers?
Although technology is the effective tool to help students learn more effectively, I believe that it cannot replace the teachers. The importance of teachers are still needed for education to instill or inspire good things in students, but technology cannot do like that!! It cannot answer all of the students' questions because it is a robot. They cannot interact like a human. Moreover, they don't care about students feeling at all. Moreover, teacher can teach some morality and inspire for the students. So, I strongly believe that technology cannot replace teachers, but it can be the best effective tools for the teachers for sure!!

Re: Will technology replace teachers?
I think technology cannot replace teachers. Although technology is easy to use for students and teachers, it cannot do effectively if it doesn't have teachers to put information on technology. Moreover, I agree with some people to say that technology cannot teach moral to students more effective than teachers. So, my answer is that technology cannot replace teachers.

Technology can help the process of learning, but it certainly cannot replace the role of the teacher. But, as of now, it does not have the power to replace teachers because human interaction cannot be replaced by computers and human skills cannot be taught by technology.

Re: Will technology replace teachers?
I would prefer to say that technology is streamlining the workload for teachers instead of supplanting teachers. By this, I mean that classroom applications like Google Classroom and apps like DuoLingo provide an opportunity for teachers to differentiate instruction, remediate for students who need extra practice, and automated feedback to students.

Re: Will technology replace teachers?
In the future, I am not sure.
Anyway, teachers cannot be replaced by technology.
Because the technology is not person who can teach the moral to students.
For the academic, maybe technology can teach students.
But for the moral, it cannot for sure.

Technology is merely an augmentation to a teacher. It can help the process of learning, but it certainly cannot replace the role of the teacher. ... But, as of now, it does not have the power to replace teachers because human interaction cannot be replaced by computers and human skills cannot be taught by technology.

Re: Will technology replace teachers?
I think no. I would say that even if technology is good for being a part of teaching, it cannot replace teacher because
teacher is master in teaching and pedagogy and technology doesn't have feeling. Although the technology can provide knowledges,
it cannot provide a good climate of learing and teachigng and a life lesson.

In the classroom, students still need teacher to manage the class. Students need to communicate with teacher to get suggestions or ideas. The teacher can use technology to teach but it cannot take the role as the teacher do.

Re: Will technology replace teachers?
I think technology cannot replace teachers because a teacher does not only share knowledge, but also teaches the students the necessary life skills, inspires them whenever they feel low, and guides them to take on the right path. This is the reason why teachers are often considered to be the role models for students. Computers, online courses, or any other means of technology can never bring in the humanitarian traits that a teacher possesses, and hence, teachers being replaced by the technology, is totally out of the question.

Re: Will technology replace teachers?
I get this question quite often- I run an AI powered college and career readiness platform, which has lots of automation to make counselors’, students’, and districts’ workflows a lot more efficient. However, the word “automation” has a very negative connotation in education, more so than in other industries.

Re: Will technology replace teachers?
I don't think it could, Transitioning completely to online classes could change a lot about learning for the positives and the negatives for our country. In order to dig deeper into this topic it is going to take multiple different perceptions and their reasoning behind their beliefs. But the ultimate question society needs to ask themselves is will this be better for our world in the long run?
