I have come to realize. I rarely eat fruit like maybe a couple of times per month. It is actually insane how little I eat fruits. I should probably eat fruits more often like it is actually a big thing.

At least once a day I have some fruit, usually paired with almond butter. Bananas, blackberries, raspberries, cherries, blueberries and pomegranate seeds are my most common fruit of choice.
I also drink water with lemon or lime every day, either the juice mixed in or a fresh slice placed into the water.
