Well... I consider I am a neutral person. I don't attach with happiness or sadness. When I am sad or happy, I will thank my life and let it go.

Yes, I am. I want myself to be happy so that I try not to think too much. When I get depressed I try not to keep any bad thing with me for too long. I just let it go and I always try to think of good things. I try to do something to release bad thing on my mind. Sometimes, I do meditation to deal with bad thought. It is so weird. hahaha The happiness of life is depended on our thoughts. Just think simple and live life simply.
