I'd have to say yes. I laugh easily and often. I try to smile as much as I can in a day, and one of the things I live for is seeing someone else smile and know I'm the one who gave them the reminder to grin.
I do what I love and try to make new experiences every day so I can find out which ones I love and which I'd rather leave.

I believe that I am. When unhappy things happen in life, I obviously feel bad momentarily. But I get over it rather quickly. It is because I am aware that no one is exempt from unpleasant things happening to them. By dwelling on them, we will only extend it. Why give it that privilege? If you can change it, do what you need to do. If you cannot change it, endure it gracefully and with dignity and it shall pass - sooner or later.

I always let everything go so easily, that make me can move on so fast.
I always say never mind to myself and tell myself to get up, I can do it, and do everything my best.

I think it depends on what I’m facing.
If there are unexpected events happens, I think I can’t be happy.
If there’s no stressed things or there’s nothing to worry, It might make me more happy.

It’s a matter of choice. I have so many reasons to be happy…

First, I’m alive and well. The air I breathe, the food I eat, the water I drink. The places I travel to. I love traveling. The nice people I meet. The people who smile back at me when I smile at them. The new friends I make. I’ve nothing to complain about.
I have more blessings to thank God for than I have reasons to complain. Which leaves me with more than a couple of reasons to smile and be happy.
