How do you manage your hopelessness?

I faced many disappointment in my life, and I could manage it every time. I believe that feeling hopeless is a nature of human, and everyone can feel it. I think there are just two groups of hopeless people. The first group are people who always blame themselves. They have a fixed mindset about their life, and they won't wanna improve any weaknesses or achieve any goals when they face hopelessness. The second group are people who have a growth mindset. They'll see any hopelessness as a big chance to improve themselves and make themselves achieve their dream. I'm sure that I'm in the second group.

Alright, when I face with the problem, my ways do not work with it.
After getting fallen life, I really feel upset and hopeless.
There are the way to mange myself to get better.
1. Watch the streaming rivers.
2. Staying on side of river.
3. Listen to the rain.
4. Going to have a shower.

1. go outside and sit, watch people or nature passing by
2. watching something fun
3. take time with myself
4. do what I really want to do
5. take a shower and watch TV or animals
