For me, I used to use English to teach Physics when I'm in 3rd years for CLIL.
It is very hard for me because I'm not good at both English and Physics so I have to try so hard.
Again, I have to use it for teaching Biology. It is very hard too, but I have tried my best.

Before giving a reply to your question, I have to let you know your mistake in using English. I think you might have wanted to write a question with the present perfect. So, please use the accurate form of the verb. You should have considered adding in -ed in the verb 'use'. By the way, let's get back to your question. I have to say that I have ever used English to teach science and math through the use of CLIL, also known as Content and Language Integrated Learning.
