Why do people love dancing?

In my opinion, dancing is one of the activities which is used to release some feelings.
Many times that I really want to dance when I feel stressed.
You know what? It does work release bad feelings by dancing.

It is the way to spread out the exhausting of people.
Dance to relax and put the bad things behind.
It seems useful for many people to relax.
