1. Dress in layers with a wind-resistant outer layer.
2. Wear a hat and cover my mouth with a scarf.
3. Find shelter and limit the time you spend outside.

As for me, I will wear a thick blanket while I am sleeping.
Another way is I won't drink cold water.
I would say that it is very hard because I don't like winter, so I don't have the best solution to solve it.

To protect myself from illness, I think people should eat foods from all nutrition groups, get enough sleep, and regularly do the exercise. Eating good food and having a rest make ones happy. Coldness is something that I have to meet every time before I go to sleep. I must have a coldness feeling before going to bed every day. The thing that I will do to protect myself from coldness is turning off an electric fan. The reason why I did this is that an electric fan is blowing a cold wind to me all the time. I also cover myself with a blanket too. The blanket is the best thing that will cover me from coldness. If you feel the cold, you should cover yourself with a blanket.

There are lots of ways to protect me from coldness. I always protect my hands and feet because wear socks will keep my feet warm.
I always use lip balm to keep my lips that drying out from the cold weather. I always wear clothing that protects the wind and the sun from my body.

For me, I put myself under the warm and fluffy blanket!
It is the easiest to get warmer! Also I like to wear hoodie or jumper.
These help me a lot ah ! I forgot one way, it is drink hot chocolate or hot food.

Actually, I like cold whether but it destroy my skin a lot. I will use lip barm to protect my lips from coldness and use moisturizer to prevent dryness in the skin and face. Wearing cardigan and socks during sleeping is one way to protect your health from coldness.

Also, eat something hot like hot drinks or hot foods.

I will protect myself from coldness as following: firstly, I don’t go outside in my home. Secondly, I will be under in the blanket and lastly, I sit near the bonfire to get warming.
