To be honest, the most effective way to stop eating junk food for me is to tell myself that junk food cannot fulfill my stomach.
It is expensive as well. If I want to be full, I need to pay a lot of money to buy a combo set of it. This way can remind me to stop eating junk food because I am the person who always chooses the food which can make me full with inexpensive price.

My first thought after waking up is music which I want to listen to before taking a shower. I always use music to motivate and wake me up.
This way works a lot. It reboots and refreshes my brain to be ready for the new day. Especially during the examination, I need a lot of songs to refresh me after I wake up.
Therefore, I always think of music every morning.

Actually, I don't like to eat junk food.
I really concern about my health so I try not to eat junk food.
I think eating junk food is not good for our health.

I sometimes eat junk food, such as pizza and hamburgers. However, I think it quite expensive so I don't often eat those kinds of food. Furthermore, eating too much junk food is bad for human health. Trans fats from junk food can increase the risk of heart disease, high cholesterol, and diabetes. So, avoiding such food items from the diet reduces the risk of health conditions.

To be honest, I think it is a hard question to answer! LOL
Even I do not like to eat junk food except pizza and fried chicken from KFC.
I often tell and remind myself that junk food is not good for my health.
Moreover, it can increase the risk of having diseases.

I had done the research for you from Healthline webpage. Here is some advice.
1. Plan to eat.
2. Eat fruits instead of snack or sweet.
3. Eat healthy fat.
4. Eat enough protein.
5. Focus on adding healthy foods.
6. (My personal thought) Drink lots of water.

I can't... I don't know how...(LOL) I have to claim that I'm not a big fan of junk food but I can't deny that it's delicious and convenient.
I try to limit eating junk food by pay fees. If I  have some junk food, I will pay fees to my savings.  It quite works.
However, If I eat junk food many times in that month, I'll be poor in my health and my money. Laughing Laughing

As everyone knows that junk food is every famous in Thailand. It's pretty hard to stop eating I know, but since it is not good for our health so we should not eat it. First, you may try to reduce to eat it. Try not to eat it so often and try to find other food that is good for your health such as milk, chicken, salad, and so on. Next, you might watch some videos about the result of eating a ton of junk food. Owing to this, I think we fear to eat it for sure. So, I support you to cook by yourself because you can cook the dish that you want. Sometimes, you can cook without oil. I think it is the best way to stop eating junk food.

There is no way to stop eating junk food.
I love junk food so much. I always have junk food when I want to cheer up myself or to celebrate something even have a date with a boy!
I know junk food does have enough nutrition for my healthy but I don't care because I love it's taste.

You should always think that junk food is not good for our health.
In the past, I'd probably have chosen junk food to be my first choice, but now after I get sick about my digestive system.
It made me turn to eat more vegetables because I already know that eating fiber from vegetables is really good for the digestive system.

In my deep personality, I would like to stop eating the junk foods.
Because all of these , i love them so such
It can give you all of huge energy to me.
It can make you body warm like polar bears.

I think the good one is to think about yourself, your health, your life. When you are hungry of any junk foods, keep thinking about the cons of that food before eating. When you keep reminding yourself that the damages of that junk food are really harmful to yourself. You will gradually stop eating.

Actually, it rarely eat junk food.
I used to be on seriously diet so I have to reduce all of junk food.
After that in a short time, I started to bored junk food.
I have to eat rice and protein instead of junk food.
I think if you can reduce or stop eating junk food, it will good for your health so much.

Actually, I’m not usually eat junk food.
I have no trick to stop eating junk food, but thing that make me didn’t eat a lot of junk food is its price.
I think there are many choices to eat instead of eating junk food, which are more cheaper and healthier.
Eating a lot of junk food isn’t good to our healths.
It might me better if you eat less junk food and exercise properly to keep your health stay healthy.

I have to admit that stop eating junk food is quite hard for me. I have been eating junk food for many years since it's convenient having them as meals. When I am in a rush hour, junk food is the best choice. Moreover, it is quite cheap and easy to eat.

To my way of thinking, if you want to stop eating junk food, you have to think that it will make you fat. Eating free sugar snack is one of the great ways to stop eating junk food because it can fulfill your hunger. Moreover, it can be burnt from your body easily.

It is very hard to stop eating junk food but i start from control it.
I was absolutely CRAZY about lays chips, especially the Original flavor. Every time I walked past a shop that had these displayed outside, it drew me like a magnet and I just had to buy a packet.
Now, I am usually fairly watchful about what I eat, Lays was my one weakness. So, I gradually reduced from buying the big packet, to the normal or tiny packet.

I think it is quite hard to think like this. However, I had been doing it when I want to lose my weight. How to stop eating juck food for me is trying to eat other healthy food that can be stand for it such as whole wheat bread can stand for normal bread.

Eating junk food is one of bad eating habits. I cannot stop it because it is easy, fast, and not too expensive. When I need to go out in limited time, I eat junk food in stead of healthy food. I would say I know how to stop, but I cannot do it. We can stop it by getting up early. If we get up late, we will have less time for breakfast and next meal we will not concern.

No, I can't. Eating junk food is my life.

Honestly, I can’t stop myself to eat junk food but I can reduce my eating junk food. I will think about the quite expensive price of it and bad benefits of it if eat it frequently. So I eat it once in a while and only when I want to celebrate with my friends.
