You can improve your reading skills by reading only. Read a lot is the only solution. But if you are facing pronunciation problem, so catch the word you are struggling with and find out correct pronunciation (you can use google for that) and practice correct pronunciation till it becomes natural to you.

For me, make sure you have a comfortable place to do your reading. Consider the light available, temperature, noise levels and the comfort of your chair. Don’t make it harder on yourself by trying to read in dark, noisy or otherwise intolerable physical conditions.
